Next up in the Inktober Challenge of Darkly-Inclined characters is the melancholic Seth from Totall

Next up in the Inktober Challenge of Darkly-Inclined characters is the melancholic Seth from Totally Spies. Seth only appeared in one episode of the show where Alex dates him and like all cliches, changes herself to be “Goth” (and I mean that in the loosest way possible) to fit his likeness.

Oh dear Seth, he was as stereotypical as they come what with his over the top depressing personality. Obviously not an actual Goth but more-so darkly-inclined and yet… I kinda had a fictional crush on him when I first saw him. What can I say? The guy was sexy and it’s fun to imagine being able to help bring him out of his depressive state by giving him love lol Okay sappiness aside, I had a lot of fun drawing him.  :)

Next up in the Inktober challenge of Darkly-Inclined characters is Shareena Wickett from Detention.

Next up in the Inktober challenge of Darkly-Inclined characters is Shareena Wickett from Detention. Detention was a animated series that came out in 1999 and ran on Kids’ WB. Shareena Wickett was the protagonist of the show and was a darkly-inclined 6th grader who loved Gothic horror books and also tried doing a seance in one episode. She was another early Gothic type character I saw as a kid and I thought she was adorable. Unfortunately the show only had one season and I would recommend watching it but the show is hard to find though if you want to give it a try, there are two episodes on YouTube if you’re curious.  :)
