But regardless, Avenger Summer Medea when goddamnit, like cmon SUMMER? ARGO VOYAGE? CRUISE SHIP THEME? CMON. I’ll even settle for her having to soliloquize in a bikini if it means she gets some proper fucking content and also proper angst by manifesting the one part of her life they keep dancing around. Regular Medea is clearly the wise magic user who’s relatively cooled off, Lily is the version blindly in love, NOW GIVE US THE VERSION MID BREAKDOWN OVER HER BETRAYAL

I’m not saying Apollonius of Rhodes is a bad writer, but he sure could be better. The Voyage of Argo is not the worst book I’ve ever read, it’s just very boring. Although, when Jason lays down and prepares for his miserable death, that’s a hell of a hoot to read.
