Went to the gym on my lunch break today, kept it light and did some chest and abs. Forgot to take a gym selfie so here’s a post-workout going back to work selfie.
Don’t fall into the “I don’t have time to workout” mentality. MAKE THE TIME. Try replacing “I don’t have time” with “it’s not a priority” when it comes to all things in your life and see how the things that you “don’t have time” for change.
My entire body is honestly so sore and I bartended last night for the first time in three weeks so I just did 45 minutes of cardio and skidaddled the fuck out of the gym.
