“4 rounds in a row of each exercise, every minute on the minute. I adjust the reps/tempo based on my recovery and how long it takes to complete—generally a 15-20 second work period to a 40-45 sec recovery is what I aim for. For that reason, it’s important that each effort is close to max effort.

1. High catch cleans (I ended up doing 5 each side to make it challenging enough for me)
2. Goblet skater squats
3. Elevated push up to should tap
4. Alternating clean to front squat
5. Alternating staggered bent over rows
6. Dynamic goblet Cossack squats
7. Weighted jumps
