2. Half kneeling push press with slow eccentric
3. Lateral pendulum swings
4. Supinated grip kettlebell push ups— if you try this and your wrists give out and you bust your front tooth DO NOT BLAME ME. These are weird and hard.
5. Lateral hip shifts with rotational reach
6. Single arm swing descending pyramid (5 on each arm, 4, 3 and so on)
7. Single arm deadlift, high pull, clean, reverse lunge, press

These two complexes were some of the toughest ones that I’ve done in a while

Complex A: 3-5 Rounds
Split Clean (5R 5L reps)
DBL Front Squat (5 reps)
Alternating Overhead Press (5R 5L reps)
DBL Jerks (5 reps)
*Rest 90s between rounds

Complex B: 3-5 Rounds
Single Arm Swing (6 reps)
Single Arm Clean (5 reps)
Front Squat (4 reps)
Press (3 reps)
Snatch (2 reps)
Get-Up (1 rep)
*Perform Complex B on one side, then rest for 30-60s before moving to the other side.
Once both side are done rest 2 minutes”

“4 rounds in a row of each exercise, every minute on the minute. I adjust the reps/tempo based on my recovery and how long it takes to complete—generally a 15-20 second work period to a 40-45 sec recovery is what I aim for. For that reason, it’s important that each effort is close to max effort.

1. High catch cleans (I ended up doing 5 each side to make it challenging enough for me)
2. Goblet skater squats
3. Elevated push up to should tap
4. Alternating clean to front squat
5. Alternating staggered bent over rows
6. Dynamic goblet Cossack squats
7. Weighted jumps
