Bagthulhu Giveaway
To celebrate hitting 2000 followers, we’re giving away a Bagthulhu.
Bagthulhu is a diabolically adorable Cthulhu dicebag who loves dice, souls, treasure, world domination, and popcorn (don’t ask us why, we’re confused too).
Made of cuddly fleece, Bagthulhu comfortably holds 100 standard dice, or similar sized treasures and trinkets.

- Follow us
- Reblog with a photo or description of the dice or other treasures you need a Bagthulhu to guard.

Messages -
I know folks get excited about our giveaways and that’s great, but please don’t send messages asking if a winner’s been picked yet/who won/when will a winner be picked etc. I will not be able to respond to messages like this. These giveaways are done in my spare time, for free, and they take a lot of energy, plus I have to wait to hear back from winners and finalise details before I make announcements. I always say in my posts roughly when I’ll be picking a winner, but I leave it open ended to allow for delays, and I always reblog the original giveaway announcement once I can reveal that there’s a winner. Please be patient.
Shipping -
We will cover shipping to lots of places (North America, EU, NZ, Australia, etc) but if there’s some kind of issue with shipping to where you are, we may need to work something out, so we can’t make guarentees about shipping absolutely everywhere.
Taxes and customs duties -
The winner is responsible for all customs duties and taxes that may or may not be imposed on the items on entry to their country. This is entirely at the discretion of customs in the recipient country and we have no control over it. In some cases I already have bagthulhus with fulfillment partners in some regions so it might not be an issue.
Please do NOT ask me to misrepresent the value of items on customs declarations. That’s super illegal.

Bagthulhus are safety tested for ages 12+, please do NOT enter if you intend to give a Bagthulhu to a child under 12.

Something for this weekend’s RECCON. Basically a mash of things you might find or be in tabletop/card games. Brush, ink and wash.
I haven’t worked in traditional media in this size in years. I really really enjoyed the process.

Holy crap, y'all are knockin’ it outta the park with the “Cthulhu is Hard to Spell Kickstarter,” which you can find over at cthulhuishardtospell.com. In one day, we’ve already raised over$12,000! This is fantastic news, because everyone involved in this anthology worked reallyhard on it.
That’s why I wanted to share one of the pages I did for my own short story, DEUS EXodus. It’s four pages long, but I really worked my ass off on them. I penciled and inked the pages traditionally, then colored them digitally, which is something I’d never done for a comic before. Needless to say, I watched a lot of tutorials, and there was a lot of trial and error and learning involved. I also lettered the pages myself, and I was told I would need to letter them by published comic standards, so I spent many hours reading up on how to do professional lettering on my own. Four pages might not sound like a lot, but it was over a month of work for me, and I’m proud of how the story turned out. So, I’d really appreciate it if you’d all check out the "Cthulhu is Hard to Spell” Kickstarter and back it if you think it looks cool!
