Prepping for ValleyCon! Picked up a box full of Obey Cthulhu shirts from the screen printer this morning.
I’ll be selling shirts, stickers, posters, and more. I’ll also have some handmade items that you can’t get at redbubbleorsociety6, like squid plushes and hand-screened items.
Decided to make some Boys from the Dwarf shirts using heat transfer vinyl. For those unfamiliar this involves a big bad-ass printer that prints and cuts on sheet vinyl. After the vinyl is cut you have to remove the unwanted material by hand using things like tweezers and dental picks. Which means removing all the teeny-tiny little bits of white from this print out.

Some more pictures of my new design for a d20 dice pendant. The first version of this pendant was designed to fit a standard sized twenty sided dice as found in most dice sets for tabletop roleplaying games (20 mm or 0.79″ height). I also made a second version that fits a spindown life counter d20 from Magic: the Gathering (22 mm or 0.87″ height).
The locket is made of two halves that hook together at the bottom. You can easily insert your favorite d20 and close it. The two halves are locked together by passing a cord or chain through the rings at the top. This way you can show off your most beautiful dice without damaging them, and easily change the die when you want to use a different style or color.

i’m so excited to get to participate again, but this year’s look is going to be a whole new kind of challenge for me. here’s a look at some of my past designs from 2017, 2018, and 2021.
Because I have no chill, I decided that I totally needed to make an Inferno Squad themed dress to wear the same day of Awesome Con as my Commander Iden Versio costume. And honestly… I’m pretty happy with it.

So yeah this skirt may be a… how did @ohmusetta put it when I sent her the pictures? Ah yes: “a hard left from the Bria lookbook” but occasionally I suppose that I must slide into the pastel aesthetic as a break from black. Real talk though: I adore this skirt and it’s partially because I’m a ride or die Naboo fangirl.
