Andre was part of the rap duo Dr. Jeckyll & Mr. Hyde who dropped theeee bop “Genius Rap"⁣

He later founded Uptown Records in 1986 & dropped this video Uptown Kickin’ It! This was world’s introduction to Uptown Records’ acts which included Heavy D & the Boyz, Groove B. Chill, & DJ Marley Marl. ⁣
