We as a society moved way too quickly past the fact that c!jack might be a sort of god like Dream XD
I think what made the Maze Tales from the SMP so fascinating was how a ton of it was a nod to different popular movies and tv shows, along with previous tales episodes.
It was also the idea that no matter what happens they kept going back to the beginning until they found the “cracks” in the maze. The way we saw the loop by seeing the first message on the tv again at the end. It added a whole other layer to the episode.
I can’t explain the feeling of ghostbur being mentioned again in canon but I have never felt more pain. Since his death, everyone has just kind of moved on. But c!wilbur wanted to apologize to friend for him because ghostbur was still his own person and he was still hurt when c!wilbur was revived, even if they are technically the same person.
He trying to finally reunite friend with ghostbur, even if he can’t bring him back.
I genuinely don’t think c!wilbur remembers the last things he did before dying. Looking at the facial expressions that seemed pretty intentional on wilbur’s face during the stream, I think c!wilbur forgot everything that happened in the last few minutes before his death
I choose to believe that c!wilbur isn’t apologizing to c!tommy because he believes that tommy is the only person who still trusts him and he doesn’t have to apologize in the way he needs to apologize to everyone else
Or because he’s too scared to let go of him, like Phil said he needs to do

It genuinely was so well made, and everyone who was in the video did such an amazing. The plot was well written and it was genuinely really enjoyable to watch.
