PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS If you struggle to hit your protein every day, or if you like delicious overnight oats… This post is for you!!! This #mealprepsunday (on Tuesday) I decided to not bore you with the same chicken sweet potatoes and veggies (but I will eventually, because I did make them!) . I ALWAYS have oatmeal for breakfast, it has so many benefits and keeps me really full in the morning. BUT, because I eat eggs as well in the mornings.. I end up going into work feeling as full as a balloon. . BUT NOT THIS WEEK I’m going to premake my oatmeal and eat it midday as a snack.
ANYWHO, here’s the recipe -½ cup quick cook oats (uncooked) -1 tbsp chia seeds -¼ cup blueberries -1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your milk of choice) (use @fairlife for the most protein) -½ scoop protein powder (I use level-1 from @1stphorm because it also keeps me full and it’s the best tasting, most biodegradable protein out there) A pinch of cinnamon Vanilla extract . Mix it all up in a jar, and throw it in the fridge overnight to eat the next day!!
