If you struggle to hit your protein every day, or if you like delicious overnight oats… This post is for you!!!
This #mealprepsunday (on Tuesday) I decided to not bore you with the same chicken sweet potatoes and veggies (but I will eventually, because I did make them!)
.
I ALWAYS have oatmeal for breakfast, it has so many benefits and keeps me really full in the morning.
BUT, because I eat eggs as well in the mornings.. I end up going into work feeling as full as a balloon.
.
BUT NOT THIS WEEK I’m going to premake my oatmeal and eat it midday as a snack.

ANYWHO, here’s the recipe
-½ cup quick cook oats (uncooked)
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-¼ cup blueberries
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your milk of choice) (use @fairlife for the most protein)
-½ scoop protein powder (I use level-1 from @1stphorm because it also keeps me full and it’s the best tasting, most biodegradable protein out there)
A pinch of cinnamon
Vanilla extract

Mix it all up in a jar, and throw it in the fridge overnight to eat the next day!!

My oat mix for this bowl:

½ cup of porridge oats (or sprouted ones from @govindanatur) 
2 dates, chopped
1/8 cup of barberries 
½ cup of hot water
¾ cup of plant mylk
2 tbsp of coconut yoghurt

Soak everything over 1+ hour and add you fav toppings as cacao nibs, banana, berries and hemp seeds the next morning. I use organic cacao nibs and hemp seeds from @govindanatur . With my discount code annelinawaller10 you get 10% off.
Tip: if there is no time to eat at home, soak everything in an old jar and take it to work

Vanilla & cherries protein overnight oats✌

To a bowl add ½ a cup of rolled oats, 1 tsp of chia seeds and one scoop of vanilla protein (I use @nuzest_europe ) add in 2/3 cups of almond milk and soak overnight. In the morning mix in some fresh cherries, Greek yogurt and grated dark chocolate

It’s finally cherry and watermelon season and I’m here for it!

My favourite breakfast :) oats, chia seeds and LSA mix soaked overnight in green tea! Then in the morning i chuck them in the microwave, add lactose free vanilla yoghurt and top with berries! Delicious :):)

Need something to kick that sweet tooth? I was craving chocolate and what better way to make chocolate overnight oats without guilt! I didn’t add as much as the recipe called for and it was just as good below is what I used to make this bad boy ☺️ Chocolate overnight oats:
½ cup oats
½ cup almond milk
1 Tablespoon PB
2 Tsp chia seeds
1 Tablespoon cacao powder
2 Tsp agave syrup
Let sit overnight then add Cacoa nibs to it and it makes it so much better!! I got the cacoa nibs from a vegan festival but I’m sure thrive market or vita cost has it. Try it out and let me know what you think ❤️
