Laying down beside him, you carefully move, not to wake him up. Tucking him in a blanket, you sigh as the cold wind enters the room, reminding you to close the half-open windows. You’re about to get out of bed when he suddenly grabs your wrist. “Don’t go…” He mutters, his other hand reaching out to you and takes you in his arms.
“Don’t…”
Looking at his sleeping profile, you brush his bangs away from his eyes before kissing his cheek. His furrowed brows starting to relax.
“I won’t. I’m not going anywhere.”
You smile as you assure him while wrapping your arms around him. ‘I’ll close the windows later.’ You say to yourself as your burrows your self in his arms, inhaling his familiar scent.
After two and a half years, 37 chapters and a fair amount of blood sweat and tears, MLQC has reached its season finale in ENG server.
I must say, post CH24 the storyline has lost a lot of momentum, however I enjoyed the ending of it as well as the new beginning.
What I really love about it thought, that the story of Gavin and MC came in full circle and now I can finally tell their story from beginning to the end. It’s a fairly long post, which I’ve actually lost due to a software crush during writing first draw and had a mild nervous breakdown (yay!)
Therefore this post in it’s final form is a team work and I would like to thank some extremely valuable people to me. @playheej Thank you for painstakingly scripting CH2 after I’ve lost my first draft. Without your help I couldn’t ever finish this! @cheri-cheri You know I can’t appreciate your contributions to this fandom and companionship enough. - However, centuries passed and the gods of Olympus grew more prevalent across all regions. Gradually but surely, the history and existence of the remaining gods were forgotten among mortals, buried within fading parchment and abandoned ruins.
- It would be possible to join and live in Mount Olympus but Gavin preferred a life of solitude and tranquility. This hasn’t changed up until now.
