monster that doesn’t know that it’s a monster because it’s never seen its own reflection, doesn’t understand why it’s feared. lonely creature only trying to love and be loved but it’s clumsy and doesn’t realize its power, doesn’t know it’s different. why don’t you love me. why are you scared of me. i’m just like you

Oh, NOW I understand why gays love monsters so much

Regismarin

This deep sea creature lives near undersea vents where it takes in sulfurous compounds. The regismarin stores these toxic compounds in the highly textured tissues around its head. When it encounters a school of fish, it swims around the school in a circle and releases sulfuric compounds which render the fish paralyzed and poisoned. It then opens its great jaw and sweeps through the school swallowing the majority of fish whole.

The large pale eyes which ring the top of its head are mostly blind but it has a highly developed sense of space through electro-receptors around the eyes and head.

Large monstrosity. Unaligned.

Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (2d10) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, the target suffers from the paralyzed condition until the end of it’s next turn.

I know, it’s a monstrosity, but that’s exactly what I wanted it to be

Happy Easter everyone! ❤️
