So yeah. About my OC`s.

Warning: terrible English and a lot of words

Well, Sunlight-City. City where lives people with some sort of superpowers. Its a restricted area and if you just a normal random person - you can`t get in. But if you borned (with no superowers) at the City then you can live there or even leave the city. People with superpowers can`t leave the city and just live somewhere else. So yeah, Sunlight-City is some kind of a huge prison.

But lets talk a bit about superpowers. There can be only 4 categories of them: A, B, C and D, where A - simple and weak powers and D - the most terrifying ang strong superpowers. And the stronger is power, the harder is to stay emotionaly stable while you using them.

You can easy distinguish a normal person from a person with superpowers. First of all while you using these powers your eyes are glowing.
Also every person with power have a special ring (and you cant just to take it off, but you can hide it with gloves and other stuff)

So yeah, category A - it`s a 34% population of Sunlight-City. They`re wearing bronze ring.

It`s the weakest category of powers. So they almost never lose control.

Category B - 40% population. They`re wearing silver rings.

People with “B” category can legally use their powers at normal life. In most cases they`re safe, but they can lose control much easer then “A”-people.

Most often it`s powers it`s “shifter” or “chimera”-type, when people can change their form.

Category C. - 15% of population. Gold rings.

It`s the most dangerous powers. Most often these power are for a fight (or it`s a powers which can affect on a human emotions).
People with “C”-category can`t just use their powers at normal life without a special licence.
You can get licence when you pass the comission, but for that you should be psychologically healthy and do not have a criminal records.

People with “C” categories often works at special police department of Sunlight-City or for military.

For exaple: Liam. Head of special department at area 6. Power: green fire. Because of his job and a high crime rate he can use his powers as much as he wants. And because of Liam`s anger-issues the area 6 most of the time is burning. But everyone get used to it :D

Category D. <1% of population. Black ring.

Some people think it`s just a myth. It`s the most destructiwe powers which people almost cant control. But there is almost no information about that cause its almost imposible to find a person with black ring.
