I ate at Follow Your Heart. Had their products before but this was my first time at their restaurant. I’ll definitely be back here . I got a stuffed and totally loaded chipotle black bean sweet potato. It was so good, the sauce under the cheese was so creamy… Also their burger was amazing. (Their cheese tastes even better the way they prepare it there) I’m usually daiya or bust. I had half of each, so now there’s only a million more things on their menu I needa go back and try.

As a lot of you probably, I’ve been looking more into the Zero Waste movement lately and buying in bulk is a huge step towards reducing waste. Buying dry goods such as grains, legumes, superfoods in bulk and storing them in glass jars is not only prettier but much better for the environment so I buy and keep all of my smoothie toppings in Mason jars. I get mine from @lecomptoiramericain with different sizes and lids so they are multi functions ♻️ Acai bowl : 2 frozen bananas, 1 pack frozen acai. Toppings : banana chips, fini berries, hemp seeds and flax seeds

Fancy weekend breakfast Layered a mango banana smoothie (2 frozen bananas, one mango), a chia parfait (1 ½ cup soy milk, ½ cup chia seeds, 1 tablespoon maple syrup), kiwi and granola I’m so excited to see Drake tonight before diving deep into midterm season

A couple of weeks ago I was visiting snowy Toronto and had lunch at @kupfertkim which I absolutely loved ! I had their hearty Cauliflower tahini nourishing bowl, a warming and foamy matcha latte and a blueberry smoothie bowl and you can now read all about it on @glowcation ! ❄️

I don’t know why someone who is cold all. the. time irrationally decides to drink frozen smoothie bowls in the middle of winter 2 frozen bananas, juice of 2 oranges, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, dash of oat milk

Matching I’m so happy to have found a vegan nail polish line ! @madam_glam semi-permanent nail polishes last for weeks, are cruelty free, easy to remove and with no nasty stuff Pair it with a chocolaty smoothie and I’m sold (2 bananas, 1 tablespoon cacao powder, dash of almond milk, topped with passion fruit, hemp seeds and cacao nibs)

Not only is @malibufarm a haven on the Malibu pier with a gorgeous beach style seating area but it also serves delicious ice cream (with wooden utensils!) like this lavender and blueberry cup The best is to take it to go, lay your beach towel and eat it in the sun before it melts while listening to the waves

Easy meal prep which I’m going to have to start doing again with my internship starting why is it so easy to get accustomed to eating out and ordering in | Salad with chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, celery, red onion, cilantro, spinach, a lemon tahini dressing, apples and ginger carrot energy balls

Only craving raw or fresh meals during summertime which means even more smoothie bowls for me 2 bananas, handful kale, handful spinach, half a passion fruit and half a kiwi blended with ¼ cup water

Ran out in the street in loafers and kimono to grab my acai delivery How Huge is this one ?? It was blended with peanut butter and had all the good toppings

Choc mint bowl or healthy icecream for breakfast 2 frozen bananas, handful mint leaves, ½ tsp spirulina, dash plant based milk

Yesterday was national donut day so I had to Green tea and toasted black sesame seeds

Life hack : grab a friend, head to @cafegratitude and share their Mexican and Indian bowls for à goodness overload It never disappoints

LA has the power of turning this skeptical gal into the happiest especially when eating the best acai bowl close to the beach with good company

Well arrived in my favorite city in the world and former home LA We are spending two weeks going back to our favorite spots (most of them food spots) and seeing friends ☀️ We are most excited for @vanleeuwenicecream scoops , @amazebowls acai bowls, @thekindsage pizza, @cenavegan nacho bowls and @cafegratitude bowls
