Plaid patterns (part 1)*
Hello! For this month’s graphic design download I decided to make a collection of seamless plaid patterns
*Part 1, just so I can always make more if I want (*´ᵕ`)
- 9 PNG files
- All patterns are seamless/tileable
- 1080 x 1080 pixels
How to use:
- Extract the file by double-clicking and Extract, or right-click, or use a tool like WinZip, WinRAR, or 7-Zip
- Use the PNGs as stickers, icons, seamless patterns, etc.
- Can be used on custom content, illustrations, clothing, backgrounds, website decoration, or anywhere else you might want to ~

Hello! Something about fall makes me want to draw patterns

Marbled Monday
This Marbled Monday we’re sharing an oldie but a goodie— Romanae Historiae Compendium ab Interitu Gordiani Iunioris Vsque ad Iustinium by Julius Pomponius Laetus (1428-1498), humanist professor and founder of the Accademia Romana. Also known as Giulio Pomponio Leto, members of his academy took Greek or Latin names, so his original Italian name is unknown. The book is a text on Roman history from the death of Gordian the Younger to Justinus and was published in 1500 in Venice by Bernardinum Venetum de Vitalibus. The binding, however, is probably late nineteenth or early twentieth century.
The marbling on this half binding is a Serpentine pattern and is quite striking, with green, yellow, and a reddish-toned brown swirled together in sort of triangular or chevron-like pattern. I found this book while browsing the stacks for good marbling, and boy did I find some!

We saw The Batman recently and I really enjoyed it! Most of all I was really into the dark academia feels it gave and it had me enchanted by that aesthetic once again. So here is a Dark Academia pattern set. ✨
I really do love this aesthetic, it makes me want to curl up with a book in an old office while it storms outside.
