Margot would say she belongs to herself. Kitty would say she belongs to no one. And I guess I would say I belong to my sisters and my dad, but that won’t always be true. To belong to someone—I didn’t know it, but now that I think about, it seems like that’s all I’ve ever wanted. To really be somebody’s, and to have them be mine. To all the boys I’ve loved before / Jenny Han ————————————————————————— I enjoyed reading this book, and it was next to impossible to put down! Yet, I don’t think it lived quite up to the hype in my opinion (I think I was expecting something big and dramatic). Nevertheless, I will definitely be reading the next books in the series. 4/5

Oh my gosh. I don’t know how to describe this book, show how fantastic it was, and still show my love for it. Jenny Han is a new favorite of mine. Lara Jean is so funny and I loved every moment this book. I’m trying to decide which of the books in this duology that I loved more, but I can’t decide. Nothing will ever will every be as epic as Lara Jean launching herself at Peter K. and kissing him in front of the whole school just to avoid her true crush finding out that she liked him. But, nothing will ever be as epic as Peter K. running up on stage during the school assembly and dropping a couple of f-bombs. I love these books. Way to go Jenny Han.
P.S. it’s actually a trilogy! I’ll make a fresh post of the 3rd book once I’ve read it!!
I see the difference now, between loving someone from afar and loving someone up close. When you see them up close, you see the real them, but they also get to see the real you. And Peter does. He sees me, and I see him.
“We’re you and me. And yeah, it’s gonna be hard. But Lara Jean, I’ll never feel for another girl what I feel for you.” He says it with all the certainty only a teenage boy can have, and I have never loved him more than at this very moment.
