Anticipation remains high after the formal announcement of In Time: A Psycho-Pass 10th Anniversary Tribute. Finalizing the list for invited contributors has been ongoing in the background, and Shepherd 1 & 2 have been fortunate enough to have amazing people on board so far.
As the Contributor Sign-ups draws near, the growing interest is both exciting and inspiring. The mods look forward to seeing familiar and new names come next week, and knowing how talented this fandom is, will be up for a challenge in the selection process.

Celebrating the show’s roots and its evolution since, this tribute will be a culmination of the fandom’s love towards the characters, the world, and the stories that have touched us, inspired us, and kept us going for the past ten years!
The overarching theme is indeed, time, and our goal is to celebrate both the show’s roots from season 1, up to the latest, to showcase how far it’s come. It will take the form of a working website (wixsite) that will run for a set duration starting on Oct 11, 2022. The plan is to consolidate all submissions into a digital zine that we will have available for download after the website has ended its run. As this is a passion project, we have no plans of monetizing it.

WHAT: This is a gen-themed project with a formal outline. All contributors are expected to follow this to adhere to the overarching theme. For those selected, we will make this outline available at a specified later date.

As you may already know, the 10th anniversary of Psycho-Pass is happening on the 11th (12th in the West) of October, 2022! To celebrate this, we’re organizing a Digital Zine that will showcase our love for the show and its characters!
The project is at its earliest stages: we’re firming up timelines, resources, mods and of course, the overarching theme for this digital zine. Soon, we will open applications for contributors, so watch this space!

The UK government has got a survey on about reform of the disability benefits system, and has kept mega quiet about it presumably to keep responses down.
Please can we spread this? People who can fill it in: “Our approach must be informed by different views and opinions, particularly those of disabled people and people with health conditions.”
This system has killed tens of thousands of us. Odds are they’ll ignore the responses the same way they ignored the GRA consultation, but…
Look, I know a good number of you are from the US and things aren’t amazing there either, but my country is literally on the brink of collapse. So I’d love it if we could talk about that for a minute.

Thenation’s healthcare system has completely collapsed. Hospital Beds are in shortage. The hospitals are unable to provide oxygen to their patients. Medicines are unavailable in hospitals as well as in markets. Vaccines are in short supply. Even infected Healthcare workers are unable to get treatment in the hospitals they are employed at due to shortage of basic Healthcare needs.
Even if beds are available, the hospitals are telling patients to arrange for their own medicines. People have been running around and trying to arrange life saving drugs for their loved ones but to no avail. Doses come to market in hundreds while their demand is in thousands. My own family has been running around trying to procure them for my grandmother who has been admitted to the hospital.
Hospitals have been making frantic S.O.S calls for oxygen but even then they aren’t recieveing it. Patients are left gasping for oxygen. Yesterday 25 critical Covid patients lost their lives at a major hospital in our nation’s Capital due to shortage of high flow oxygen. The same situation is in many other states and cities. People are being forced to get oxygen on roads. Many hospitals don’t have oxygen and are asking their patients to arrange it from alternate sources themselves.
Each day we wake up to a new record high in the number of daily cases and the number of deaths due to Covid-19. Yesterday it was 346,786 new cases and 2,624 deaths. Crematoriums have been burning 24/7 and helpless people are watching their loved ones die.
Does our government have a proper plan to deal with this situation? No they don’t.
What has our central government been doing?NOTHING. They have been busy trying to win state elections for their party by conducting maskless rallies of hundreds giving no mind to Covid protocols and social distancing. Rather than trying to boost our Healthcare infrastructure during the past year they have been busy trying to defeat other parties in state elections. OUR GOVERNMENT HAS SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED TO WASTE AN ENTIRE CRUCIAL YEAR WHEN THEY COULD INCREASE OUR NATION’S HEALTHCARE CAPABILITIES. Had they actually done what they were supposed to in terms of healthcare, we would not be in this situation. You can count on them when it comes to conducting press conferences to put opposition parties and their leaders down. BUT YOU CAN’T COUNT ON THEM TO DO THEIR JOBS
We have triple-mutant variant of the virus in our country and our government doesn’t have a centralized plan to combat the situation. Our country’s government has failed us. Now they are trying to put pressure on state governments to deal with the situation.
This is the worst health-care crisis in the history of our nation and our government is doing nothing.
