I pet Pinch. Pinch is a Clamperl who slowly opened up to me. She then proceeded to close her shell on my hand.

I pet Munch. Munch is a Minccino taking a nap in her soft fur. I’ve never pet a Pokémon so soft.

I pet Sprig. Sprig is a newly sprouted Bellsprout. A few more days of water and sunshine and she’ll be out of her pot and causing trouble.

I pet Fancy. Fancy is a Comfey who has a penchant for tulips. She likes to hand out her flowers to couples in love.

I pet Buzz. Buzz is a Lunatone who lights up the night sky. I wonder what they’re thinking when they look up.

I pet Marshmallow and Biscuit. This pair of brothers are Gogoat who constantly bicker and fight. Their disagreement this time came from who should be pet first.

I pet Groats. Groats is a Nosepass who points lost folk in the right direction. His nose always points North but will gladly shift upon request.

I pet Elvis. Elvis is a young Cranidos who tries to headbutt everyone and everything. His training helmet makes sure no one gets hurt but he still tried real hard to push me over.

I pet Midnight. Midnight is a Hoothoot who keeps perfect time. She likes to sit atop clocks and cluck her beak to every tick, eventually hooting on the hour.

I pet Winnie. Winnie is a Greedent who got stuck in his tree after readying himself for hibernation. Rest assured I helped him out before pets.

I pet Tang. Tang is a Flapple who hatched from an exceptionally sour apple. This sourness has made her Apple Acid attack extra strong, something she prides herself on.

I pet Bud. Bud is an Aipom enjoying the fruits of his labour. There’s nothing like picking your own food and Bud knows this.

I pet Hornet. Hornet is a Vespiquen, one of my favourite Pokemon species. Normally she exerts a lot of pressure on those around her but was very kind to me today.

I pet Uatu. Uatu is a Watchog who did not take his eyes off me. He likes to observe and take in a person before they’re allowed to approach for pets.
