POLAR OWNERS DID YOU KNOW THIS?! On my #PolarFlowApp I scheduled an interval run and a strength workout with a calorie goal (it’s under “quick target” or “phased target” in the “training ” category). My google calendar sent me a reminder on my phone for when I had the workout scheduled. My #PolarA360 vibrated when I had to work or rest in my intervals, AND when my heart rate was too high or too low. Then for science I set a calorie goal for the strength workout and it counted me down until I reached that goal! What a cool feature that I (the biggest fitgear geek) knew nothing about! Check it OUUUUUT Y'ALL! ♀️️♀️
