When my #PolarIgnite suggested a 30 minute strength based #FitSpark workout and I had 45 minutes until I had to instruct a #FitnessClass …. I couldn’t come up with a good excuse NOT to give it a whirl. I guess that’s exactly why it works for me. I knew today would be busy, so I squeezed it in because WHY NOT?! I love that it takes my sleep and previous workouts into account when making recommendations. A #FitGeek dream.

The MOST exciting package showed up and I’m LOSING MY MIND!! My #PolarIgnite is here. Yes it’s a birthday gift and yes my birthday is not until March but I’M SO PUUUUMPED AND I CAN’T WAIT! POLAR OWNERS DID YOU KNOW THIS?! On my #PolarFlowApp I scheduled an interval run and a strength workout with a calorie goal (it’s under “quick target” or “phased target” in the “training ” category). My google calendar sent me a reminder on my phone for when I had the workout scheduled. My #PolarA360 vibrated when I had to work or rest in my intervals, AND when my heart rate was too high or too low. Then for science I set a calorie goal for the strength workout and it counted me down until I reached that goal! What a cool feature that I (the biggest fitgear geek) knew nothing about! Check it OUUUUUT Y'ALL! ♀️️♀️
