As Thanksgiving break comes close, I want to remind you all to take care of yourself. I know you want to get that last minute cramming in to pass your tests but if it collides with you hurting yourself mentally or physically, then don’t do it and take a break. I know you’ll do great in your tests even without cramming so please, put yourself first.
Take a break from social media when you feel like everything is going to stress you out. There are going to be long weeks up ahead so try your best and make it through.
If you’re feeling depressed all of a sudden, try and remember when was the last time you’ve: ate food, drank water, took a shower/bath, slept, and took a break to get some fresh air/space.
Friendship comes and goes but what stays is how you treated them and how they treated you.
When the rain falls it’ll dry up. So pick yourself up and bathe in the warm sunshine.
