the lullaby method

1. first, get into a drowsy, sleepy state. not too awake, not too sleepy. like, when you can open your eyes but you don’t want to. (if you fall asleep way too quickly, start affirming early. it’s better to be safe than sorry).

2. then, affirm for your desires when you are drifting asleep until you fall asleep.

for example, let’s say i was affirming for my desired face. i would KNOW i would get my desired face when i woke up. and in a sleepy, drowsy state, i’d affirm:

  • “i have my desired face”
  • “i look exactly how i want to”
  • “i have head turning beauty”
  • “i woke up with my desired face”
  • “i am extremely beautiful”

or if i was manifesting a large sum of money, i’d affirm:

  • “money comes to me quickly and easily”
  • “i always have more than enough money”
  • “i am rich”
  • “i have multiple streams of income”
  • “i am a money magnet”

if i was shifting to my dr i’d affirm something like:

  • “i will wake up in my dr”
  • “i am in my dr”
  • “i shifted”
  • “i woke up in my dr”
  • “shifting is so easy for me”

THE I AM STATE

This wonderful experience of rising and floating is the signal that you are absent from the body or problem and are now present with the Lord; in this expanded state you are not conscious of being anything but I AM – I AM; you are only conscious of being.

the I AM state

the “I AM state” or also sometimes called “the void state” is a state in pure consciousness, where you are a formless, shapeless being. it is pitch black with pure nothingness. in this “void”, you will feel a floating feeling, so don’t be alarmed about that.

people enter this state because when you manifest in this state, you manifest INSTANTLY. you can shift in this state, or get whatever you desire also.this state is extremely easy to get into. it’s a bit similar to the lullaby method.

in this state, you will manifest every single one of your desires extremely easily, because you are no longer immersed in sensory/outside world. no intrusive thoughts, no doubts, nothing. your consciousness is a purely “clean slate” and “empty”.

this may seem like a lot, but it’s REALLY easy to get into. i got in the void state on my FIRST TRY. if i can do it, you can do it. give it a try tonight and tell me how it goes!

how to do it

1. first, get into a comfortable position. you can move around for a bit until you find a position that is comfortable. then, stay still.

2. after that, breathe in and out for a while, focus on you breathing. then, begin to affim “I AM” “i am nothing” “i am faceless and formless” “i am in the void state” etc.

KEEP DOING THIS. you’re going to get start getting a floaty feeling. if you get this feeling, you are doing it right. keep doing this, and make sure you’re affirming from a peaceful place, and you are fully relaxed.

you may get tempted to move, itch, etc. this is just your body checking to see if you’re awake or not. IGNORE IT. this is also a sign you’re doing it right.

3. great! you’re now in the void state. now, you can affirm/visualise or just decide what you want to happen. after that, you will manifest what you want EXTREMELY quickly, almost instantly!

you can shift realities, travel back in time or manifest something. good luck and try this tonight! you can do this at night or in the middle of the day. good luck!

UPDATED WAYS TO REACH THE VOID


SLEEP PARALYSIS

sleep paralysis is a quick and easy way to enter the void extremely quickly. sleep paralysis is when you cannot move AT ALL, and the purpose of it is to prevent your body from acting out your dreams.

don’t worry, you won’t see anything scary. people say they scary stuff, but it’s just hallucinations. nothing can you harm you. remember you are in FULL control. you chose to give yourself yourself sleep paralysis, and you can come out of it if you want to! to get out of sleep paralysis, simply wiggle your toes for like 30 seconds and you’ll get out of ity with the ease.

there are various ways to get sleep paralysis.

  • wait it out. simply get into a comfortable position, and wait for your body to fall asleep, while keeping your mind awake. do this by staying completely still and thinking of things/daydreaming to keep your mind awake. eventually, you will convince your body it is asleep.
  • usethis guided meditation to enter sleep paralysis. follow this man’s voice.
  • usethissubliminal.
  • affirm “i have sleep paralysis” while sleepy, and you’ll wake it up with it. (basically, the lullaby method.)
  • just set an intention that you’ll get it.
  • just sleep on your back.

after getting sleep paralysis, you won’t be able to move AT ALL. if you think you can move and get up effortlessly, you are NOT in sleep paralysis.

when you have successfully achieved sleep paralysis, start for the void. “i am pure consciousness” and “i am in the void” would suffice. you’ll reach there in a matter of minutes.

you can also:

  • command your subconscious entering the void
  • visualise your desires after getting out of the void
  • write a fake diary entry post void

how do i know i’m in the void?

you’ll know when you’re in the void when:

  • you are not in your room anymore
  • it is PITCH BLACK
  • you can’t feel your body
  • you can’t hear anything
  • you are in a LITERAL void

you’ll definitely know when you’re in the void. you can’t miss it. if you “think” you were in the void, you weren’t there.

can i move when entering the void?

no. you must stay completely still.

how long does it take to get into the void?

entirely depends on what method you use.

why do i get the urge to move?

your body is checking to see if you’re awake or not.

how do i overcome the urges?

patience & determination. also, distract yourself by daydreaming and thinking about things.

can i get stuck in the void?

no. you are in full and total control.

can i accidentally manifest something i don’t want in the void

no, there are no intrusive thoughts or anything outside that influence you in the void. it is just you.

is it possible to get out of the void without your desires

no. anyone who said they went to the void and said they didn’t manifest anything, didn’t go to the void.

is there are a limit to what i can manifest in the void

no, there is no limit. anything is possible. doesn’t matter if you want to manifest a billion dollars, shift realities or become famous overnight.

do i enter the void awake or asleep

depends on you. both methods work. however, getting there via sleep is faster.

i get distracted easily. how can i get into the void

use the lullaby method to enter the void/sleep paralysis, it is probably the quickest way to get there.

do i need to prepare to go into the void

no, it’s not necessary. however, some people like to use meditative music/breath work/subliminals in order for them to get relaxed before getting to the void. here is a playlist of videos someone used to get into the void. the key to the void is relaxation.

how do i know i’m doing it right

you start to feel tingles, twitches and urges to roll over and move. ignore these urges. you also start to feel really light/a floating sensation.

i don’t want to enter the void via sleep paralysis. what can i do

you can do it the traditional way, just staying still and affirming. or you can do the lullaby method and wake up in the void.

VOID TIPS

  • don’t form an unhealthy obsession with the void. if it’s not for you, MOVE ON. a lot of you guys get so obsessed with this method to the point where it affects your mental health. it shouldn’t. no method is worth that. plus, you can manifest INSTANTLY without the void. there are people on my page who have manifested a 20 inch waist in an HOUR without the void. it’s not the only way to instantly manifest. it’s just another method.
  • the best way to ensure your success is to think of entering the void as the easiest thing in the world. and guess what, it is! a lot of people just overcomplicated it. it is very simple and easy to get into.
  • you can try this method at any time of the day. it doesn’t even have to be at night. you can do it in any position - even sitting on a chair! just be COMFORTABLE and RELAXED.
  • if you keep failing, revaluate what you did wrong and try again.
  • BE PATIENT. a lot of people give up WAYYYY too early.
  • if you’re really determined to enter the void, take some breaks. work on your self concept. don’t put it on a pedestal.
  • the void isn’t a meditative state. people think the void is when you’re relaxed and you feel floaty. NO. THAT IS NOT THE VOID. THE VOID IS A *LITERAL*VOID.
  • stop treating the void as the solution to all your problems. you can get your desired life without it. if it’s NOT working for you and it put you in a bad mental space, give it up and WORK ON YOUR SELF CONCEPT.
  • the lullaby method is a great alternative to the void. it’s just as instant. in fact, ALL METHODS ARE. THIS IS JUST ANOTHER METHOD.

If you’re not so into writing or scripting, make a Pinterest account and set it to private. Let’s say you want to move into your own place. Create a board and title it something like “Home Goals” or “My House” or something along the lines. 

Then, start picking photos for each part of your house. Get those marble floors, that fancy round tub, that cozy queen-sized bed, whatever your heart desire. Feel your excitement build up and let your vibrations heighten. The universe is listening. 

My philosophy is: if you can visualize it, you can manifest it. The more specific, the better. It’s yours, bb. Claim it.

Living With Intention

When I first heard of living with intention I thought it was just some girl boss energy that I didn’t really want to participate in. I’m not a hustle wake up at 5 am person, so that never really works for me. I’m more of a lay in bed until 11 and I’m hungry enough to get coffee gtype person. So I initially just brushed it off as another lazy way businessmen are trying to hype up manifesting money. (That never really works mind you,) But then I learned that living with intention isn’t goal setting, it’s a lifestyle that adheres to what you want and how you can live your life to make it happen, in any way that you want. And no, you don’t have to get up at 5 am everyday to make it happen. 

Intentions not goals

I HATE goals. Like deep hate for them. All that slander in the early days of hustle culture really hit a nerve because not everyone is built for that same energy. And I saw a lot of people feel really guilty when they failed simply because that system was not designed for them.

When I say we are all different, I mean it. Each member of my family has a different energy type. So when you have one recipe for goal getting, it’s not going to work for everyone in the room. And yes, some people will fail and it has nothing to do with how hard they tried or how much effort they put into it, despite what all the hustle gurus tell you. 

Because it’s all about intentions NOT goals. You see, goals are little demons that crawl around making you feel guilty for stepping outside of your dream and doing something different just because you feel like it. Example 1: Oh you overslept, you didn’t get up at 4:30am and you missed your workout class now you are a failure forever. How is that mindset even healthy?!

Intentions are more simple and have a slower pace. Intentionally I want to someday live in an old Victorian house that we can fix up and make beautiful again. So I look up how to fix things and practice in my current home. I also read blogs on fixer-uppers and DIY everything I can in my house. This helps prepare me for the big dream. Intentions are not goals, but small steps you take to move forward with what you want. Can intentions change? Sure, I may never even move (LOL) or I may fall in love with a different style home. But does that mean I’m a failure? No, it means my intentions have changed and there’s room for that flexibility. 

Intentions can be other things, like career choices, what you want to study in school or how you visualize your life. Let’s say you want to someday be a salon owner. You can start living intentionally by researching salon ownerships, studying business or researching where you can get your cosmetology license. All of these things have the intention of someday being a salon owner. You can also do other things like enjoy your life, go out with your friends and work on your mental health. None of the other things take away from living with your intentions. It just means you are experiencing a full life. 

Intentions are moving forward daily and taking small steps towards how you want to build your life, without all the drama that comes with goal setting. With intentions there’s room for failure, flexibility, and changing your mind all while still manifesting the life you want.   

How I live intentionally

Journaling

Journaling has always been a big way for me to sort out my feelings and I incorporate that into my intentional living. I know goal setting is all about writing your goals, and setting time frames but we are setting intentions here so let’s scrap that. If you want to set intentions and use your journals, write how you feel. How you would feel walking into your salon (if that’s your goal) or what you feel like researching or doing in the next month to live in your intention. If you manifested life includes owning a salon, maybe you want to look up cosmetology schools in your area, or maybe you want to do something fun like practice doing your own hair. Either Way make sure it’s bringing you energy and lots of happiness when you’re doing it. Intentions should never feel like work or a chore, they should feel fun and full of invigorating energy.

Making a mood board or collage

Start by clipping images, having a dedicated Pinterest board or just using Tumblr to get an aesthetic of how you see yourself in the future. If you’re owning a salon in your future you can imagine how it would look on the inside, maybe pick a logo or color palette or make business cards for fun on Canva. Remember it doesn’t have to be stressful or complete. Just fun ways you envision yourself living the life you want. 

I like to  categorize everything to make it easier for me, so I might have several folders on my laptop with pictures of things I’ve gathered over the years. My folders are categorized in things like, family, home, career, money etc. That way I can see each board individually and play around with the images I find online. Sometimes I print them out, sometimes I don’t. 

The important part of making a board or collage is to help visualize how you see yourself in the future. If you want to go to a specific school or live in a certain state, start compiling images in that space and picture yourself there. Use full sensory visualization. How does it feel? What is your day like? Remember visualization makes reality because our thoughts are things. 

Using spells

Spellwork is a great way to move forward with your intentions and can be the magical boost you need. Want to get a certain job? Maybe as your first step towards a new career? Before you interview, do a spell to set up that energy up for success. You can continue to use spellwork throughout your life to manifest your needs step-by-step and create a mindset where you are attracting what you want. 

It helps to break down your intentions into digestible parts and start with the first step. Each time you move towards another step in your journey see if you can incorporate spellwork into your manifestation. Each little jump forward is you moving closer to the life you want and more importantly living your truth.

you don’t put a cake in an oven and worry if it’s baking. you don’t order a package and worry if it will deliver. you don’t plant a seed and stress about if it will bloom. you don’t put on a cast and doubt that it will heal.

so don’t worry about whether or not you’ll get your desires, because the answer is yes. just like how the cake will rise, your package will be on your doorstep, your flower will bloom and thrive, and your injury will be as if it was never broken. you have your desires, your 3D will show it. stop doubting, stop stressing, stop worrying.

you don’t take a cake out of an oven because you think it’s not baking, do you? you don’t cancel your order because you don’t think it’s delivering. you don’t dig up a seed because “why would it grow anyway?” you don’t remove your cast because you don’t believe you’re healing.

sowhy would you give up on your desires just because you cannot see them in the 3D? you know the cake is baking, you know the package is coming, you know the seed is blooming, you know you’re healing, and you know you have your desires.

Tips for Manifesting pt. 1✨

Some tips I’ve learned along my path.

✨Make a vision board on Pinterest with things you want!

✨Be grateful! There are so many things we can be grateful for, so write it down or say it in your head/out loud

✨I prefer not using specific time like “…by Tuesday” etc. Use “in divine/perfect timing” instead. The Universe is always working to get you want you desire, so trust that everything will come at the right time when you are truly ready for it!

✨Scripting is very powerful and fun way to manifest! Don’t forget to write in present tense (I am, I have…). Do not use I want, I need etc.

✨Connect with the moon and do new moon rituals! New moon is the best for new beginnings and setting intentions.

✨When asking for money, use the phrase “money comes to me by happy means” or something similar. You need to be specific, because otherwise you could receive money through some bad accident or something unpleasant.
