I feel like I’ve been preparing for this interview more than actual classwork, but to be fair, I don’t have a ton of classwork rn. I guess it’s fine.
Got assigned my first hw assignment for Process Control just now and it looks like it should be interesting. I’m very much looking forward to relaxing this weekend with a touch of productivity that isn’t spinning my wheels over interview questions.
They’re easy to use in a ring binder. You could easily get one for notes, reminders, more notes, and as flags for pages (and insert some lil notes heh)! Sticky notes are one of my favorite stationeries. ♡
Yes, I know we all dread going back but for some odd reason buying a bunch of school supplies makes me happy. I feel more organized this way. I don’t think I need to list everything pictured above but a couple organization tips for anyone:
Color coding! I use a different color for each subject. For example, I’ll use only green notebooks and folders for algebra. Different colored post-its and highlighters also help me out with keeping track of stuff in my planner and my notes!
Also, I know it seems really annoying to be carrying a bunch of different folders but personally, I like it better because I know which subject is in each folder. If I just have one folder with my English and History and World Language, I swear I will lose something. So if you don’t like having a bunch of folders, get an accordion folder. (And yes that is a One Direction folder. I saw it in Target and I couldn’t resist)

So I got a new kanken and I thought I would do a little ‘what’s in my backpack’ schtick even though there’s nothing in my backpack because school is online now. But I still thought this could be cute… a theoretical queen!

Showing love for another person isn’t just a Valentine’s Day activity. Today’s featured Collective submission shows that just telling someone why you care about them can mean the world.
Today is my husband’s 28th birthday. In addition to some small gifts and dinner out at his favorite restaurant later, I wrote 28 reasons why I love him and put them up on our wardrobe mirror so he could see them when he got up (and blew up some cheesy balloons). The only other time I saw him cry was when we had to leave each other at the airport (he lived in England while I lived in the US before we got married) and it touched me to see that what I wrote meant so much to him. I made him his favorite dessert and he had it for breakfast! I love making him happy and his birthday is a day where everything revolves around him. It’s my way of thanking him for being such a wonderful man and making him feel special.
