Have I mentioned how much i love non-fat greek yogurt. because it’s my savior I stg
Here’s a mini recipe thing, I make this all the time
¼ cup of non-fat greek yogurt: 30 cals
½ cup of frozen fruit of choice: (strawberries: 25, Blueberries: 35)
Any type of sweetener (optional): 0 cal
Take the frozen fruit and microwave it till it’s no longer frozen. It should be mushy and have a lot of extra juice. make sure it’s not too hot though cause then you will have warm yogurt and honestly that just tastes gross. If it is a bigger fruit like strawberries you might want to get some scissors and cut it up a bit. Then add in your yogurt. if you like really sweet things like me, then I suggest adding some sort of sweetener. Those little water flavor thingys actually work really well for this. I have a 0 cal fruit punch flavor and i add a drop or two. then just stir it up and you go yourself some low-cal fruit yogurt without all that extra sugar that is in store bought versions.

strawberry yogurt: 55
blueberry yogurt: 65
