So I tried those banana pancakes and their pretty good, very filling too!! I batch of batter is about a cup.

Recipe: Low cal Banana Pancakes

  • Chop up 1 banana (72 - 121 cal depending on what size )
  • Mix it in with 2 eggs (140 cal) very well
  • Do so until the batter is clear of chunks and somewhat flowy. May be thick
  • Add in any other seasoning if you wish. (I personally put a bit of cinnamon)
  • Then cook as usual

Have I mentioned how much i love non-fat greek yogurt. because it’s my savior I stg

Here’s a mini recipe thing, I make this all the time

¼ cup of non-fat greek yogurt: 30 cals
½ cup of frozen fruit of choice: (strawberries: 25, Blueberries: 35)
Any type of sweetener (optional): 0 cal 

Take the frozen fruit and microwave it till it’s no longer frozen. It should be mushy and have a lot of extra juice. make sure it’s not too hot though cause then you will have warm yogurt and honestly that just tastes gross. If it is a bigger fruit like strawberries you might want to get some scissors and cut it up a bit. Then add in your yogurt. if you like really sweet things like me, then I suggest adding some sort of sweetener. Those little water flavor thingys actually work really well for this. I have a 0 cal fruit punch flavor and i add a drop or two. then just stir it up and you go yourself some low-cal fruit yogurt without all that extra sugar that is in store bought versions.

strawberry yogurt: 55
blueberry yogurt: 65

(note: I 100% promote recovery and am in no way trying to pull someone in to an ed. this is here so maybe you guys can find another food that isn’t so scary to eat. Love you guys please stay safe and give your body the nutrients that it needs
