A little thing I noticed with Cinder….
So, she’s part of 2 groups Wich are meant to serve as a Foil to Team RWBY, her own Crew, and WTCH.
And…here’s What I noticed
She’s the Ruby equivalent in WTCH(With Watts being Weiss’s, Hazel being Yangs, and Tyrian being Blake’s)
In her own little crew, Roman seemed to be Rubies counterpart. With Emerald being Blake’s and Mercury being Yangs.
That would leave room…..for her to be the WEISS of her own crew.
Wich, after thinking about it. Makes so much sense do to the implications we’ve been given thus far.
From the stuff like Cinder having been implied to have had an abusive background. To her words making it seem she has a bad history with the Atlas elite.
It even makes sense for her to be the leader given that’s what Weiss wanted so badly
And Weiss obsession back in Volume 1 with being the Best in addition to her issues like her Egocentric attitude towards others and her perfectionism, and her resulting entitlement issues towards things like being team leader do to feeling she was the one who was good enough for it, Wich Cinder seems to have do to have a massive Ego and entitlement issues to things like the maiden powers and her pathological fear of Failure implying some perfectionism as well.

Nora: The mail is here!
Nora started handing everyone their mail. To Ren she handed him his herbal tea subscriptions, to Pyrrha she handed some letters from her fans, and to Jaune she handed him some letters from his family and a red envelope that looks special.
Everyone looks happy, well Pyrrha felt uncomfortable with what they wrote to her, but everyone else felt happy. Then Jaune read the letter that was in the envelope and got sad.
Nora: What’s wrong fearless leader?
Jaune: It’s nothing.
Nora: Come on, tell me.
Jaune: It’s nothing.
Pyrrha: But you look a bit disappointed?
Jaune:*sigh* I tried to be part of a club but they didn’t accept me.
Ren: What kind of club?
Jaune: I’d rather not talk about that.
Inadvertently Nora takes the envelope from her hand and she runs around the room.
Jaune:*Runs after her* Nora! Give it back!
Nora: I just want to know what the club is about.
Jaune: Don’t read it!!
Suddenly Team Rwby enters the room.
Ruby: What’s going on?
Nora: Jaune wasn’t accepted into a club and he doesn’t want to tell us what he is. So I’m going to read what they sent him.
Jaune: Nora no!!!
Yang: I want to hear that. *Stops Jaune with a head lock* Read it!
Jaune: No!!
Nora:*Pulls out the letter*“Mr Arc, my name is Phil from the small wiener club.”
Ruby:*trying not to laugh* Small wiener club?
Nora:“We review your application and information you sent in. But I am sorry to say that we cannot allow you to join our Club”
Yang:*Teasing* Is your little friend too small, Jaune?
Nora:“From what we look at, your wiener is massive.”
Yang: Excuse me?
Nora:“I mean, the sheer girth and juiciness alone is ridiculous. It looks as if somebody glue a forearm to the bottom of your torso”
Weiss:*Blushing* That sounds…
Nora:“You could probably stand on it like a tripod, and that’s not even mentioning how fat your nuts are”
Blake:*Blushing* Is that possible?
Nora:“But it does appear that you’re going to have to take that ginormous schmeat somewhere else. Thank you for trying and the best of luck to you.”
Jaune:*Covering his face* This is so embarrassing.
Pyrrha:*Blushing* Tha-That’s all in the letter?
Nora: Well…. Oh, there are photos inside the envelope!
Ruby/Pyrrha: LET ME SEE!!!!
Jaune: NOOO!!!!!
