Really torn about going to see Shang-Chi in the theater. I want to show support but the delta variant is gaining traction here. Yes, I’m vaxed and yes, I do all the things and to add to that, this is the ONE MCU movie my casual fan friend really WANTS to see because he likes martial arts films. Yes, I’m afraid of getting even a mild version of the plague.
Maybe I’ll just wrap myself up in a haz-mat suit and go….

Gearing Up for “What IF’…and all the new Star Trek Seasons. I’m giving Picard a pass, never really connected with it, but looking forward to Strange New Worlds and a new season of Lower Decks.

I’m not excited about Dune. I know, Timothée Chalamet is all the things, but I have tired reading those books again and again, and watched one of the movies and I just cannot get into them.
I’m sure I missed something….
And then there’s me trying to shift from a pandemic sedentary life to a more active one despite the fact I rarely leave the house. I am getting my daily steps in though, so that’s something. I am NOT doing this to loose weight. If I do, that’s great, but its mostly to just…feel better.
