Rey in TFA: a thought

lol for some reason I always forget about how genuinely impressive Rey was from the start. How she literally has no experience or training with the Force or a lightsaber, but in her first real battle scene, slashes Kylo Ren in the face and literally puts him down on the ground..? oof, no wonder he fell in love so quick

Rey: take that stupid helmet off

Kylo: ok *takes it off*

Rey: and that stupid shirt

Kylo: wait what—

Daisy and Carrie ♡

Rey: I wanted to take your hand, Ben’s hand.

All the darkness in Kylo:

me: I’m kind of in love with Anakin Skywalker

my mom: you mean Darth Vader? why would you be in love with him? *concerned*

me: it’s fine mom. I’m fine

“One of my favorite things that would happen from time to time on set would be when Carrie would sing old songs. Whenever that would happen I would offer her my hand and we would waltz around the set — on a starship, in a Rebel base, on an alien planet, and she would sing and we would dance.
