Feeling my heartbeat in my ears after days of coffee and stress marathon…

For the first time in soo fucking long, I stopped watching myself and what I eat but surprisingly I’ve been doing good. I’m not overeating but I’m also under eating for the most part.. I have yet to weigh myself but I have dropped a lot of fat all around. The fact that my entire family and work colleagues are coming up to asking me how am I losing so much weight? Why am I not eating enough? Phrases like “OMG you look so skinny now! What happened to you?” Or even “you’re losing a lot of weight are you okay?” Small things like that is how I know I’m still in this cycle.

Anyways this was just a small rant. Stay safe and healthy everyone!!
