In the winter months, we find ourselves hibernating and it’s easy to get the blues. We long for the warmth, adventure and happiness found in the Spring. However, these qualities can be found within each of us. Briefly sit in meditation, with a double terminated Citrine in your palm, and remember the last joyful experience you had. When you lived in that very moment. Allow it to fill your chest and spread from limb to limb. Once filled, again, move the joyous energy through your hand and into the stone. When I first saw Green Apatite a few years ago, I was struck by its beauty and physical structure. Dancing along the surface, rainbows always seem to be present.
