Come si fa ad aprire i chakra? Dietro questa domanda apparentemente ingenua si nasconde un mondo, più ricco e meno semplicistico di quel che si pensi. I chakra sono“vortici” o centri di forza situati nel nostro campo energetico, appartengono al piano delle energie sottili, e non si aprono come si aprirebbe una mela o una scatola. Stiamo infatti parlando di “apertura” in senso sottile, puramente spirituale, anche se con evidenti ripercussioni sul piano fisico, perchè ogni chakra è connesso con diverse emozioni o aree del corpo. Dietro di ogni chakra ci sono diversi mondi, dimensioni e vibrazioni psicoenergetice. Infatti chakra, in sanscrito, significa ruota, vortice, cerchio.
La millenaria fisiologia energetica dello yoga sostiene che i nostri corpi siano attraversati da canali energetici: le nadi, che nella tradizione vengono enumerate in settantaduemila.
Le nadi sono tra loro collegate dai chakra, centri psico-energetici che attraversano i nostri corpi. Di questi chakra, sette vengono riconosciuti come principali e collocati lungo la linea mediana del corpo, in corrispondenza delle tre nadi principali: ida, pingala, sushumna. Attraverso le nadi ed i chakra deve fluire liberamente l’energia vitale, prana. Per la nostra salute fisica, emotiva, spirituale è importante che il flusso di questa energia sia bilanciato.
Utilizzeremo diversi strumenti e lavoreremo con tecniche di Kundalini yoga e sequenze speciali di Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Mudra, Asane, Respirazione, Mantras, Oli essensiali e pratiche di gruppo. Anche l'alimentazione servirà all'attivazione dei chakras.

New Moon Meditation ♂️ ♀️ A meditation dedicated to our chakra system and activating the best version of ourselves for the month ahead!
We start by connecting to our energy centers with a guided meditation to connect with each energy center and experience the sensation it holds.
New moons are a time to call in new energy and intentions for the month ahead. All too often our limiting beliefs get in our way and block us from manifesting our desires so working with our chakras and participating/consciously guiding the energy through our system is one way to start recognizing that we are power manifesting beings in charge of our reality.
By letting go of the fears we hold and blockages we have unknowingly put in place we can release what no longer serves us if only for a moment and begin to materialize our desires into our reality.
Suggestions: Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and water. Although encouraged to remain in a comfortable seated position, you may potentially be in stillness for 30 minutes so having extra cushions on hand is encouraged for ultimate relaxation.

You guys wanted to see more of my personal sacred space so I’m delivering! I’ve been spending tons of time here lately. After a long day there’s nothing better than some crystal healing, a hot bath full of salts and herbs, and a good book. The universe has been throwing me challenges lately so this is where I recenter and recharge and get back to me. Swipe to see one of my favorite self care practices, my facials! I use our little quartz and moss Agate bowls to mix it up, apply it using my Rose quartz roller, and then the steam of the bath works its magic. Little moments like this are so important for my mental health, especially when time seems to be speeding up and my alone time is few and far between. Leveling up can be pretty intense but I’m here for the big things coming.
