:Hyperendocrin Dilophosaurus:
Not being able to compete against some of the larger fauna of the isle, this Hyperendocrin is adapted to hunting down the small and agile within the confines of dense woods. specialized glands lining the edges of it’s mouth fire streams of glue-like strands in a netted spray, slowing if not holding small prey down completely. In a pinch it’ll grapple with larger species, attempting to use it’s weight and armour to knock down or fend off opponents. if you seek shelter in the woods, beware.

:Tetanurae matriarch:
3-6
To confirm foreign development the team located and recalled one of our active Matriarchs to compare how the ‘caged’ and ‘wild’ specimens develop.
The cage Matriarch grew only slightly and remained physically unchanged. The wild specimen however, grew substantially and adapted common traits of theropoda. Losing it’s wings and developing denser structure along with a more muscular build that serve it in grappling or climbing.
Some unknown growths spark concern, but nothing outside of the current margin of error.

:Neurotenic Dilophosaurus:
A ghostly creature that disappears when it dashes into the night. It leaves no sent and is surprisingly swift. Bioluminescence is it’s weapon and while it doesn’t glow it’self, it can spray a glowing bile-like substance that it uses to tag targets. Either to track down fleeing food or light up an onlooking predator for the entire forest to see. Be weary at night, for it may turn the entire isle against you.

(Seems I somehow I forgot to upload this one)
One of the more translucent neurotenics found on the isle along with the nuero quetz. Instead of blending in though, it’s glass-like body serves in utilizing a set of internal bioluminescent organs for a startling full-body flash to daze onlookers. If it’s not scavenging, It preys on bite-sized creatures using it’s set of detachable jaws which give it a slightly longer ranged and more whip-like bite. Strangely to aid in it’s night endeavours, (though eyeless at first glance) it possesses two headlight-esc spots near where eyes would be, casting a difficult to detect red light on those hiding in the dark. All in all, it’s a daytime push-over and a nighttime devil.
