finally!!! after a month I took these four GA pit only wristbands off [: with custom @thomyorke drawn tattoos]. / I’ve been wearing them to keep the memories alive of seeing their incredibly special four night residency @Radiohead played in July at Madison Square Garden #NYC. All summer, my arm has served as a brilliant reminder of the continuation Radiohead plays in my time on earth. With such life-defining, incredible live experiences not ceasing at alll, I’ve been lucky to be wholly apart of it all. // Each wristband represents: a fusion of the bands’ recent unparalleled setlist and energy lately, camping out with dozens of decade-long friends and new friends alike, connecting with people all over the world, trying something new despite my bored 9-to-5 friends’ attempts to shame me for venturing out, and MOSTLY, an effable sonic wonderland that can only be tapped into under the powerful guise of Radiohead’s rippling aurora at front rail, which leads you into rebirth of existential shock. & this just only scratches the surface. for simple’s sake, RIP colorful wrist. BUT these wristbands live on. they represent the empathy-fused-love and appetite of soul that fuels my continued RH travels, including: trying something new; the rewarding hours to earn a coveted front/center rail spot when doors open, camping in unknown sidewalks and cities, to hear nearly 20K screaming fans behind me, but have nothing but me, my favorite artists of 18 years, and maybe just my periscope stream between us. / HEY YOU. Pursue a passion. Find your Radiohead. For I know try happiness. No jewelry would ever compare to these wristbands. @thegarden #radiohead #radioheadfans #radioheadmsg #radioheadnyc #radioheadcollection #IAmKidA #radioheadlive #radiohead2018 #summer2018 (at Madison Square Garden New York)

——————————————————————————— #saigon #travelgram #adventure #view #building #holiday #instagram #me #photooftheday #amazing #boy #vietnameseboy #follow4follow #followforfollow #followme #followback #like4like #instagood #instatravel #instadaily #summer2018 #wander #saigonese #urban #dark #night #architecture #urban #light #dark #night #skyline #antithesis https://www.instagram.com/p/Bq7kIeTngr6/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=txwef19zodpi
JIN KISARAGI IS THAT YOU????? RAGNA? RACHEL? There’s Sether around the city and you can’t leave? When did someone put Blazblue on the TV?
So life is normal and good and then a loud noise knocks everyone unconscious. MC wakes up 5 months later in a hospital after having a 5 minute dream about a twintail blonde loli with an umbrella speaking cryptically to find out that since The Great Collapse (what an awesome thing to call an event where everyone in the world just fell down.) a red miasma has trapped everyone in Tokyo. Life goes on as normal within here, but no one can leave.
Normal until the master at MC and his friend’s Dojo turns into a giant ogre man and starts attacking. MC gets stabbed but now he’s cool and ready to do stuff.
So the show starts with a flash to the future giant battle royale thing, so we already know where this is going. I was amused by them shoving as many of the characters into background scenes as possible.
This was pretty bad but I amused myself by renaming the entire cast and pretending it’s Blazblue. If you lack this level of entertainment value, then this will likely just be a boring show with really AWFUL weapon designs.
Look he just really looks like Jin Kisaragi. I can’t stop staring at that screenshot and laughing. It’s brilliant.
Will I watch Episode 2? Yes, but if Jin doesn’t start showing up more, I’m gonna burn out.
We had such a great Family Fun Night yesterday with students from the past, present and potentially the future. Thank you to all that showed their faces to roast marshmallows, hot dogs and spread the word about GlassRoots’ programs. We’d also like to send a huge thank you to Dorothy Gilliard; founder and president of FASNA LLC. For the past 10 years she has provided personalized financial aid services to college-bound families throughout New York and New Jersey. She is also a frequent workshop speaker for high schools, community colleges, and civic associations and did an marvelous job of helping our students in their journey to higher learning.
It’s been a fun filled Summer at GlassRoots this year! We’ve installed a new workshop for only $10 for lunch-goers in the Newark area could enjoy. The entire program is marketed and run by our YLC’s (Youth Leadership Corp’s).
YLC’s are students who are trained as counselors and mentors of our programs. The YLC’s create, learn and grow intellectually, socially and emotionally and apply this experience to their resumes and school applications. During the Walk-in Workshops YLC’s spend no more than a half-hour teaching the curious passing by how to make a glass bead, etch a magnet or pendant and even how to craft a paperweight. So far the workshops have been a huge success - new, fun and memorable experiences have been created for people each time and we couldn’t be more proud. Drop in for one of these one-of-a-kind workshops between 12-1pm during the last few dates listed to show your support!
