DLC predictions

1. Microsoft Representation: Banjo-Kazooie. Obvious choice. Phil Spencer said himself that he would love to see the duo in Smash, plus being the most popular choice. They’ll especially make sense considering that their games started on a Nintendo console. However I’m not going to hold my breath.

2. Indie Representation: Hat Kid. A more personal choice for me considering how much I adore this game, but in all honestly it’s an excellent game that’s open world and a perfect nostalgic experience for GameCube. I think she’ll fit fine as the indie rep.

3. Ubisoft: Rayman. I seriously don’t expect him to get in seeing how his spirit is already in Smash and that he’s in Brawlhalla. Still, I have my fingers crossed for my childhood limbless hero.

4. New Zelda Rep: Medli. Probably would be better to choose a character from a game not represented in Smash already but I adore Medli. Plus it’ll be nice to have a Zelda character that isn’t the 3 lead characters.

5. A Mario Rep but not technically a Mario rep and can be considered their own universe. Captain Toad/Toadette. Honestly as funny as Piranha Plant was, he isn’t the new rep that should’ve been added, while the same he has been in Mario since the beginning so he’s a perfect rep, but alas a better rep would have been Toad. However to separate him from Mario, use his standalone game as his rep and bring in Captain Toad while having Toadette as an alternate skin.

These are based on what I think, take these with a grain of salt. It’s just my opinion. Obviously you aren’t going to have the same views and that’s okay.
