shiro’s cv is bonkers long to the point that he figured no one would actually read the whole thing in-depth so when he was roughly 20-years-old he added “bullying my younger brother” under the personal skills section and never took it out. he spends every job/academic interview on the edge of his seat, waiting for someone to ask him about it, but no one ever has.
Fanfic writers: if you need to get Aziraphale from his bookshop to Crowley’s flat in about 8 to 10 minutes, this is an option. I’m sure it wouldn’t dare rip him off. Loud music is played at all times, so you can use that: leopard prints, feathers, fairy lights, etc., vary wildly. They are veryannoying and mildly dangerous, so I wouldn’t put it past Crowley to summon one, either, for a suitable occasion.
I saw deh on Thursday as a birthday gift and I made art for the whole cast. Unfortunately I only met half the cast at the stage door (Andrew Feldman, Alex Boniello, Michael Park and Lisa Brescia), but they were all very nice and very happy and appreciative for the art I made for them. I love how, because of that “Beautiful Cinnamon Roll Too Good For This World, Too Pure” Onion headline, “cinnamon roll” has become a commonly accepted phrase for “a character who is cute and kind and typically gets more pain in canon than they deserve”.
Like, we didn’t have a real phrase for that common phenomenon (wubbie maybe, but that has negative connotations ie “this character has been wubbiefied by the fandom”) and then someone used a screenshot of a headline from a satire news website to describe it, and then everyone else was like “yes good let’s use this”. You couldn’t make that shit up. I bet there are people who use that phrase now who didn’t even see that headline.
Language is evolving right before our eyes in a very weird and beautiful way and I am very very sorry for future linguist who have to puzzle this shit out.
Hello everyone; I know I’ve been teasing this deancas fanimation for awhile now, and I have unfortunately been constantly halting the project because of real-life issues that has crippled me greatly–and still have yet to heal from.
What has definitely not helped the healing process is the profound guilt I have over this project, and keeping it away despite having worked on it quite a bit. I still would love to have this project meet all the plans I constructed (having a free dvd/blu-ray release, etc.) but the project has been too incredibly taxing for one person–and all over simple fan art.
So today, I am posting the project at the best cutoff point of it’s completion. I understand that this project was meant to be voice-acted and @amazinmango has been incredibly patient and full of support the entire way, but he also can’t possibly voice every part himself.
If you wish for a part 2 to be possible–I will sincerely need to hear that, and your help for this short to reach it’s completion.
(I am not asking for payment, but maybe some voice help or help on the art.) Please share this around in the meantime, and I apologize for it not living up to expectations.
