#yoga practice
So this morning I did two SarahBeth yoga videos - Monday Morning Vinyasa Yoga RoutineandWednesday Power Yoga Workout. The Monday video was nice and smooth because I did it yesterday - I think I’ll try to do this video every morning because it has the sun salutation variations that I like. I was feeling so confident that I moved on to the power yoga video (Wednesday), and boy did that confidence disappear. My sore shoulder was screaming and my muscles were shaking. I tried to keep up with her pace (especially with the airplane/Warrior I) and thankfully she had easier variations to follow. I finished with a long, well-deserved shavasana.

sorry i/we haven’t been posting too much here! I know on my end this year of grad school is totally eating my life, and I’m lucky enough to have the time to just go to yoga, let alone share some thoughts on it. hoping to make more of an effort to get on here and post a little bit more coming up!!
