One last comic I wanted to get out before starting on the anticipated Lone Emmet and Cub chapter now that all the roughs are done.
For some reason I wanted to add a small bit of angst and of course Volo is involved XD I think he wanted to cause some drama, but didn’t anticipate Emmet to immediately go to Ingo and ask directly (huzzah for clear communication)! I especially had a lot of fun doing the jojo inspired pose and texts.
I love the idea of Drayden being Ingo and Emmet’s uncle that’s been floating around! Also, for this AU I always imagined it so Ingo was in Hisui around 4 years and Emmet around 2 years. So despite the concept dropping and it might be longer, I’m sticking to my original idea for this story XD

Here is Britty Schuy’s patreon reward! Warden Ingo smiling at a baby Sneasel as he rocks them to sleep~ I also got a bit inspired and doodled and cleaned up something extra (sorry it’s of course based off my Lone Emmet and Cub AU because that is my life now).
Sometimes Ingo has Emmet tag along to help with Lady Sneasler and her kittens’ care. The train bros failing at singing a lullaby to the sleepy babies XD They just chose one of the many songs that makes them shout sing at the end.
I also got nostalgic for Oda’s hilarious beaten up faces he does for characters so I had a lot of fun showing the boys post Lady Sneasler’s disappointment slap >w<

Utena AU Murphans for Kitty Rose’s patreon reward at last done!! God I love Utena, easily my top 5 fav anime but I was also brainstorming hard on how to fit Murphans in this complicated world o_o
I decided to put Hans in Arisugawa Juri’s (yes she is my fav character, fffff) role since I felt that fit Hans most. I could see him fitting into her role as a top student, captain of the fencing team and part of the Student Council Duelist. But unlike Juri, I did NOT want Hans and Murphy in a toxic relationship so I think the conflict will be more or less a series of misunderstandings/miscommunication which results in Hans leaving his home country to go overseas to a prestigious academy in hopes to move on. Murphy eventually finds him, however, and all the feelings Hans thought he buried suddenly resurfaces all at once. They’ll eventually talk things out in the end ;D

Welcome to another day where Emmet does his best with his single brain cell to cheer his brother up who has suffered years of stress. This was inspired by the concept art that’s been popping up recently XD
I was looking up what other things could cause hair loss/balding and aside from genetics, stress, sudden/drastic change in lifestyle and diet can also be a cause. Also, just personal headcanon, being in constant contact and being poisoned by the sneasler and sneasel might also have an effect >w>; Ingo is now sneasel/sneasler poison immune with the cost of hair loss.

Headcanon: It only makes sense that they have hundreds of inside jokes that continuously piles in numbers. They like to reference these jokes and get each other’s sense of humour. They know how to make each other laugh so hard they bust a gut and end up laughing harder because they find their laughs contagious. Ingo especially when he gets into a laughing fit, automatically gravitates and leans against Emmet.
I like the thought of them when they reunite (especially in my Lone Emmet and Cub AU), everyone immediately notices how much brighter they both become and having a good time acting like kids and being goofy siblings. It just feels nice being able to be humorous and have even ONE person genuinely laugh with you.
Inside Joke 1: Clone High reference based on something a friend and I do every time we see each other XD
Inside Joke 2: Same Hat meme, but because they are identical twins they can easily change ‘hat’ to anything else that fits

Himbo Warden decides it’s a good idea to have the feral cryptid man who has been living with the wild Zoroarks for nearly half a year to be his assistant in teaching self defense.
I have a headcanon that Gaeric has a very heavy accent that’s difficult for Emmet to fully understand when they first meet hence the weird text choice XD You can SORT of understand but not fully. Already difficult when they aren’t speaking your native language.
Needed a break from working on the current comic so I made this for fun!
This was inspired by a Witcher comic I read and died laughing at by @srapsodia [ check the comic here:srapsodia.tumblr.com/post/658541522886787072 ] and was compelled to do a redraw but with Lone Emmet & Cub AU Emmet and Gaeric XD

Decided to do some concept stuff since this au is expanding more than I anticipated XD Here is Zora’s human form design and how the misunderstanding of Emmet and the Zorua being related started.
I also thought it would be cute if Emmet taught Zora how to use a chopstick and maybe how to read at least simple words (because he needed to brush up on his Japanese anyway) >w> Taking liberties in how pokemon illusion powers work, sorry not sorry.
