The Crew of the Black Sun: Welcome Tomorrow

Goofy and Chief O’ Tron’s Legacy

Do someone remember Tron’s movies, from 1982 and sequel 2010?

First movie was a breakthrough in CGI back in the days, so we may say “thanks” for such a big CGI improvement as we have in our days. That being said, the first movie CGI is… aged badly, and look terrible nowadays, but we have to remember the release date and how much struggle and hard work was there.

The sequel, called Legacy is a beautiful movie, even nowadays, except for the Clu face, which have uncanny valley effect. Yes, it haven’t done revolution, but was certainly a special movie in that perspective.

Also, there was a TV show, Uprising and a videogame: Evolution.

10 years has passed… where is Tron now? We know that Disney wanted to make trequel but is still in plans. It’s gonna be called Tron: Ares and there be a Jared Leto and that’s all what we know. What is plot, when is release date - nobody knows, but we guess that famous Daft Punk won’t be writing a OST, as they did in 2 movie, which is a disaster, in my opinion. Soundtrack was brilliant, and I really advice you to check it out. Reasons is simple: band in no longer exist, as said in their “Epilogue” video. We’ll see what a Tron franchise has in pocket, but now I present to you a Disney parody. It come out in 2011, a month after a “Legacy” release.
