So I started #modernlessmarch by @pinsent_tailoring and even though I didn’t follow through I do want to close out the last couple of days.

Day 30 is Travel: Last year the whole world shut down effectively changing out lives. As for me I took it to finally do all those things I always said I would, including traveling more.
Last Summer I toured the USA starting in Wendover NV going all the way to Georgia and then coming back Southwest ending in Eli NV.
I also for the first time visited Disneyworld and finally realized my dream of going to Epcot.
I have since done many weekenders here and there and am now gearing up to head to SoCal for spring break.
I’ve always loved to travel but now I’m really expanding and going new places and writing it all down in my blog.

Kiev is a strange place. It’s both breathtakingly beautiful and hideously ugly at the same time. The skyline is a mix of shining golden domes and abandoned Soviet buildings. There’s even a bridge across the River Dnieper that nobody has bothered either to put the finishing touches to or just knock down.
This, and some brightly coloured churches against the cold, grey sky, was about all I noticed…
