Life

Sometimes life is rough, but even the trees tell us that it keeps spinning further - they may lose all leaves, but their strong branches approaching the heavens with their powerful roots reaching down to the deepest depths of hell - just to realize the only divine lies in the interesection of them both:

In Mother Earth!

In occult tradition , the HYPERCUBE, or Tesseract, is one of the most ‘occulted’ symbols. It is a 4 dimensional cube within a cube, or box within a box.

Regarding the occult: the Hypercube is used to symbolise how matter is confined within a 3 dimensional construct, stuck in motion as if frozen.

This symbol is often associated with the logos of controlling organisations like the Police force or military.

In this case the 4d symbol of the hypercube is represented by its 2 dimensional counterpart- the Octagon, which is of course is represented as the stop sign.

“By controlling the mind, you control the body, hence the cube within a cube.”

If you STOP for this SIGN, you are under MIND CONTROL!

“Man is a machine. All his actions, words, thoughts, feelings, opinions and habits are the result of external influences and impressions. All that a man says, does, thinks and feels - everything just happens.

To establish this fact by itself, to be convinced of this truth, one must get rid of thousands of illusions about oneself. But one thing is to understand only with the mind and another thing is to feel it with all our totality; only then can a man really be convinced of it and never forget.”

-G. I. Gurdjieff

“The heart and mind must be brought into perfect equilibrium before true thinking or true spirituality can be attained. The highest function of the mind is reason; the highest function of the heart is intuition, a sensing process not necessitating the normal working of the mind.”

The kyusu tea pot (bottom left) my best friend ordered for my birthday last month finally arrived! It’s made of celadon and was shipped all the way from Japan! My family got me the tetsubin kettle and sasa tea cup (top), and while I was rummaging through the cabinet, I found that cute little mug (bottom right) to really tie it all together!

Also, I laid them out on my tarot cloth, since the green goes so perfectly with them. Once I feel a bit better, I’m going to make tons and tons of tea! I think the first one I’ll make will be some mint tea, then I’ll try my hand at blending some of my magical herbs together for a tea to help me with a healing magic spell or a divination. Stay tuned!

“It is a tree of life to all who grasp it, and whoever holds on to it is happy; its ways are ways of pleasantness, and all it paths are peace.“ (Proverbs 3:17-18)

Although the tree of life is a term used in the Hebrew Bible, the concept of a sacred tree is widely used among religions and cultures around the world.

On view now, this Tree of Life Hanukkah lamp in the Jewish Museum collection was made by Russian-born French artist and designer Erté in 1987.
