Dearest family, friends, students and followers of Gerald Clark and AV,

It is with a broken heart that I write you. My beloved husband Gerald Clark passed away last night. If you follow his work you may have noticed he looked “off” in his last few videos, some of you reached out to us concerned, others have been missing his lectures and have wondered where he is. For a long time we tried everything holistically at home. Diet changes, going alkaline, gluten free, adding a plethora of supplements, a structural integration 10 series followed by more sessions. Eventually it was beyond what we could offer and sought professional care. The news was worse than anticipated and heartbreaking, nonetheless. He ended up having a huge tumor, had it surgically removed, the cancer spread to his lungs and unfortunately his last day on planet Ki was last night 6.4.2020. He did multiple missions while here on Earth. He touched the lives, minds, hearts and souls of so many and will continue to do so as time goes on.
I’ve never met anyone like him and probably never will, I’ve never loved anyone so deeply or been loved so deeply. Without Gerald Clark I wouldn’t be who I am today, and I know that is true for so many of you. Gerald was a father, a husband, friend, a teacher, a student, a master, a genius, the most loving and kind man with the most glorious soul.
I will love Gerald Clark forever, he was the best husband to me, we are blessed to have shared our epic love and I will cherish him forever. I feel his spirit is strong and free. I miss him already. Blessings.

I recently shut the door on my past. This meant saying goodbye to the majority of the relationships in my life that existed in the imbalanced pattern I had been taught to implement in my life as a kid: over-give and under-receive. Letting go of this gigantic burden has left me in between chapters of my life. One chapter has closed and the page is turning for the new chapter to begin. I’ve needed to give a lot of gentleness to myself as the external chaos of my life has forced me to take the steps toward creating inner peace. That way whatever is going on around me yields less power over my sense of security moving forward. I’m the one who lives inside of this body, mind and soul and that person deserves my love, focus and compassion the most. Lately I’ve been looking my reflection in the mirror and asking:

“how can I love you more today?”
“How do you feel?”
“It’s okay to few that way.”
“I’m here for you, Brittney.”

Along with implementing daily meditation back into my life I’m finding the answers to that which has been disrupting my peace. All by giving myself permission to finally solely focus on me. After spending 30 years of focusing on over-giving to relationships I felt responsibility for maintaining, the Universe has taken that responsibility from my shoulders and granted me this liberation and freedom. Now is time for me. ❤️

I’d never been so high on a mountain that I was above tree line. The pure energy up there took me to a deeper knowing within myself that abundance flows effortlessly. I caught a song lyric the other day. It sang, “Control yourself. Take only what you need from it.” This spoke to my heart, as it brought some clarity and hope to me. I can deal with the past by selecting the gems of wisdom I’ve learned that have aided in my growth, and I can release the rest. I can acknowledge that I went through a tremendous amount of pain and I had to let go of almost everything and everybody I had grown connected. This was so I could rebuild on a foundation of truth and aligned values to who I now am. In fact, after attending a service this weekend I was shown that building relationships off shared interests or shared pain is actually toxic. Relationships that grow us are those built off shared values. As we grow and shift into higher versions of ourselves, those values may change. Which may mean altering our relationships and lives completely to suit where we are now. So I ask you, what are your values in life? Throwback Thursday to June waterfalls in NY. Even though I love this photo and my outfit in it I never posted because the waterfall is barely shown.
