Idia: If you want them so bad, can’t you like, just go out and buy them…? Why do you need to wish for it…
Floyd: Ye don’t get it do ya firefly squid-senpai. I’m wishin’ for it because I can’t get my hands on ‘em.
Floyd: I’ll show it to ya on my phone.
Floyd: Look at 'em, they’re the simple lace-up types but the tips look so cool right?
Ortho: Wow..! The black with a tinge of blue gives it a really classy look!
Floyd: Riiight~? Clione-chan’s got a good eye!
Floyd: The artisan hand-dyes 'em one by one per order. An’ I’d like to get an exclusive one for myself see?
Idia: Hoho, I see… they’re made original like those plastic models and coated huh…
Idia: -wait a second!
Idia: The brand name glaring back at me from the screen, it’s [Tenable]! That’s a super luxury brand for shoes that even a slob like me is aware of!

Ortho: Wow that’s a really pricey pair!
Floyd: That’s why I said it ain’t easy to get otherwise.
Floyd: Ye see, my feet’ve grown bigger from last year so, I’m prolly gonna have to make some adjustments done on the wooden mould too…
Idia: Wooden mould!? You mean the shape and the painting are all done from scratch each time!?
Ortho: Brother, from my quick search it seems that shoes are not made from 'scratch’ but are rather 'bespoke’.
Idia: I’m really straining to understand here - why would a highschooler even need such an expensive pair for?
Floyd: See~ Before coming up on land, my old man said…
Floyd: “A man who doesn’t pay attention to the little details will be looked down upon. If you’re gonna go up on land, then make sure to pay good attention on what you wear, especially on those feet. Spare no expenses.”
Idia: Eh that’s kinda scary. Just what kind of man is your father…

Idia: I can’t help but get a bad feeling that if I dig any deeper I’d just be ensnared by the darkness, no thanks.
Ortho: Should I fashion some parts to look like leather shoes so I won’t be looked down upon too?

Jade’s wish

Jade: A wish I’d like fulfilled, is it…
Jade: Hmm…Now this is a problem. I’m unable to come up with one.
Ortho: Ehh!? What do we do now? At this rate we can’t continue gathering all the wishing stars!
Idia: You can’t be serious about not having any.
Idia: You’re the right hand man of Octanivelle’s dorm head, Azul-dono, who is essentially the personification of greed!
Idia: How could it even be possible that you don’t have a single wish?
Jade: My my, you seem to distrust us quite a bit.
Idia: I-It’s fine even if its a throwaway wish, just make one or we’ll all be in trouble…
Idia: L-like, wishing for Azul-dono or Floyd-dono to stop making trouble, or something…
Jade: Fufu, but they’re perfect as they are precisely because they’re so unpredictable.
Jade: -That’s it! I know what I want to do now.
Jade: I will just dedicate my wish to Azul and Floyd. To thank them for everything…
Jade: I wish “for both of their wishes to come true.”
Ortho: To use your wish for the sake of someone else’s happiness is a wonderful deed, Jade Leech-san
Idia: T-This reeks of lies! You get first place in making a wish that doesn’t have an ounce of sincerity(according to myself)
Jade: I’d never! These are my true and unblemished feelings!
Jade: And yet despite that, you still refuse to believe me… I’m quite heartbroken… *sniffle*
Ortho: Oh no! Please don’t cry Jade Leech-san!
Ortho: Brother, you must not bully your juniors! Apologize right now!
Idia:(Oh geez his crocodile tears are sure effective…)
Idia: Fine, FINE, I’m so sorry about that, I believe you now. Or rather, it never mattered whether it was true or not.
Jade: I’m glad you changed your mind, fufufu… Well then, I leave this wishing star in your hands.

Ortho: Leona Kingscholar seems to be having his afternoon nap at the moment.
Idia: Welp, looks like its impossible to get a wish out of him. Let’s roll out!
Ortho: Wait, brother! We should try to wake him up first.
Leona: Tch, keep it down will ya…
Leona: …Huh, I was wondering what was buzzing around my bedside, its the radish sprout and his little brother.
Idia: Wait, did you just call me a radish sprout!?
Leona: It fits perfectly for a shut-in who grew up all spindly while living in the shade right?
Leona: Whatever, you better have a good reason for waking me up just now.
Idia: Eep! Please don’t glare at us like that, we’re just here to collect the wishing stars…
Leona: The hell? You telling me you interrupted my nap for this?
Leona: Ugh, why do I have to bother with shit like this…
Leona: My wish is…“To eat a lotta meat.”
Ortho: Eh!? Leona Kingscholar-san, are you perhaps…not getting enough to eat?
Ortho: Then, were you also sleeping because you weren’t feeling well?
Leona: …Yeah, that’s right. Been feeling terribly ill lately.
Leona: But I can just sleep it off so, hurry up and get the hell out of here.
Ortho: Oh but I don’t sense any abnormalities in your vitals, could it be a new strain of disease?
Ortho: I have been equipped with cutting edge medical technology so, I could take a look at you and see if there’s anything that needs fixing!
Idia: O-Ortho! Let’s just leave for now…
Idia: Leona-dono probably just made a wish on the fly just so we’d leave him alone.
Ortho: Oh, was that all? It’s a relief to know that he is not seriously ill then.
Leona: …Oi, radish sprout. Your brother ain’t nothing like you is he.
Idia: T-that’s right.
Idia: Unlike me, Ortho is honest and bright, and doesn’t shy away from people. This Ortho has inherited that personality as well…
Leona: Ahh whatever, I didn’t tell you to spill your life story, just get out of here already.
Idia: So mean!!
Sebek’s wish
Diasomnia dorm - Sebek’s room
Sebek: Hah! I have but one wish!
Sebek: “I want the world to bow down before the might of the young master!”
Idia: Hey Ortho, what’s this guy’s name again, uh, Sebek-dono, was it?
Idia: Anyways, telling “the world” to bow down and stuff… isn’t that kinda cringy, it’s like he’s still in middle school or something.
Idia: Even the flunkies of a Last Boss wouldn’t even say shit like this nowadays, it’s embarrassing.
Ortho: I don’t plan to deny your words brother, but he looks like he’s enjoying himself so, isn’t it alright?
Sebek: Who is this…“Last Boss” that you speak of? Do you mean to say that there is someone mightier than my lord Malleus-sama?
Ortho: I understand now, the young master you were referring to was in fact Malleus Draconia-san.
Ortho: A ‘Last Boss’ is a strong entity who makes an appearance in the last stages of a game.
Ortho: They are fundamentally fictional, so I do not know if there is a way to compute a comparison between them.
Sebek: Hmph, so it is not even worth considering then. As expected, the young master is the greatest of them all!
Idia: ………Oh? Is that so? Hmmmm….I see, I see…..
Idia: “The greatest” huh…that is quite the audacious claim you’re making.
Sebek: …What is with that tone, do you have any objections to voice?
Idia: Well, I’m not really trying to deny anything, but see, the Last Boss is someone who causes a LOT of suffering to the player. If such a person was real, I wonder if things would really work out the way you want it?
Sebek: Do you DARE to say that there’s even a sliver of chance the young master could ever lose!? THE AUDACITY!!!
Ortho: (Brother seems to be pulling Sebek Zigvolt-san around by the nose… The response from earlier must have rubbed him the wrong way.)
Ortho: (He had a really hard time beating the last boss of the game he was playing yesterday after all…)
Ortho: However, he seems to be getting carried away like a middle schooler himself.
Ortho: I think it’s a good thing that he’s getting along with someone other than myself so, I’ll just let them continue their fun!
Malleus’ wish

Malleus: My wish is… “For Gaogao Dracon-kun to be able to make new friends.”
Idia: Pfft! I’d have never expected the name of such a retro pet simulation game come out of the great Malleus-dono’s mouth!
Ortho: I have never heard of it myself.
Ortho:[Initiating online search engine: “Gaogao Dracon-kun”]
Ortho: Found it. It’s a toy that lets you take care of a dragon that you’ve hatched, in a dedicated portable console.
Idia: Yep, it’s a cheap little LCD game attached to a keychain.
Idia: This used to be all the rage when I was younger…
Idia: -And you’re playing with it even now, Malleus-dono?
Malleus: Yes. Long ago, Lilia had procured it as a souvenir when he had traveled to foreign lands.
Idia: (Pfft! One of the world’s top class mages and heir to the throne of the Valley of Thorns… is so crazy about this little kiddie toy? That cracks me up lololol)
Malleus: Just recently, I have learned of a communication function that would allow Dracon-kun to connect to others and make friends…
Malleus: However, it will not function unless there is another such as my Dracon-kun present.
Ortho: The likelihood of anyone around Malleus Draconia-san who would have the same game is…
Malleus: There is none.
Idia: Figured. It’s been over like, 10 years since it was popular and I’m pretty sure they don’t even make this stuff anymore.
Malleus: As I feared, it was not enough to simply wish for Dracon-kun to have more friends, was it…
Idia: Why’re you looking like someone who’s been checkmated…
Idia: I mean, c'mon, this thing was so popular almost every kid on the block had one. Shouldn’t be too hard to dig one up.
Idia: Ortho, look up all online market sites and specialty electronic stores and see if they’re selling this thing. Ah, it’s fine even if its used, just make sure its operational.
Ortho: Understood.
Idia: As a collector I’d normally prefer it in mint condition but in this case, there’s no point if it doesn’t even work.
Idia: There are cases where the electronic toy actually deteriorates faster if you never let it out and get some air.
Malleus: …I have not a clue of what you are saying, however you seem quite talkative today.

Idia: Fuhihi!! There you have it, there’s about 148 ‘Gaogao Dracon-kun’ in working condition!
Malleus: Is that true?
Malleus: I am not certain on the ways of procuring goods online, but I can pay for it. Would you be willing to order it in my stead?
Idia: Oh, uh, alright then… and done. It should drop by in a couple of days.
Malleus: …You have my thanks. You have done well today, Shroud.
Malleus: When it arrives, I will be sure to reward you handsomely.
Ortho: I think it’s amazing that you could fulfill Malleus Draconia’s wish so quickly, brother!
Idia: I-I don’t care about being praised for doing something as simple as this…
Rook’s wish

Trey: Well, I did expect this… you never change huh, Rook.

Epel: My wish is… “to grow taller”
Grim: Why do ya want to grow taller??
Epel: I’ve always been a late bloomer… and I’ve always yearned to be more well-built.
Epel: If I could grow taller, then I’d be one step closer to my ideal.
Deuce: Ahh…its true some folk look a lot more intimidating when they’ve got the height for it.
Deuce: By the way, is there anyone in school that you think is close to your ideal?
Epel: If I had to pick someone… it’d be Jack-kun from my class, I guess.
Deuce: Right, he’s got 190cm on him, he’d definitely fit the bill.
Grim: His arms and legs are pretty bulky too, he’s built like a log!
Epel: Right? We’re in the same class so once, I asked him how he managed to get so tall.
Mc:>What was his reply? >What was the reaction?
Epel: He said… he doesn’t know.
Epel: When he was younger, he was about average height, but… apparently he started to get growth pains in his legs before he even graduated from elementary school.
Epel: And before he knew it, he was as tall as we see him now…
Deuce: If his growth spurt was that bad then it must’ve been pretty painful for him.
Deuce: Mine happened during middle school, I’d wake up in the middle of the night because of the pain.
Epel: I haven’t experienced that yet so… I’d like to believe that my growth spurt has yet to happen, there’s hope for me yet!
Grim: I haven’t experienced that either so, maybe I’m gonna grow huge one of these days!
Deuce: You aren’t even human though, so you probably shouldn’t count on it working the same like it does for us…
Grim: Wha-!? That ain’t true, I’m sure I’m gonna grow taller!!
Grim: Just you wait Deuce: I’m gonna grow so big I’ll be looking down on ya soon enough!!
Epel: Fufu, it’d be great if you could get bigger too, Grim.
Kalim’s Wish

Kalim: My wish is…. “For everyone to be happy!”
Deuce: Eh, a-are you sure you wanna go with that?

Deuce: N-not at all… I was just a little surprised to hear you say something no other student would….
Kalim: Hmm, do you think I should’ve just focused on our dorm’s students?
Kalim: But then, there’s my family, my servants, my people of the Land of Hot Sands… and then our teachers, my friends in the other dorms, the ghosts in the school…
Kalim: Once I started counting ‘em, there were just way too many people I wanted to be happy, and I lost count!
Kalim: So I just chalked it down to “Everyone” in the end! Kinda blew up huh, ahaha!
Deuce: Ah, I wasn’t really talking about the 'range’ per say, but rather the content is…
Grim: Its just weird!!
Deuce: Oi Grim! Don’t just blurt that out, and here I was trying to glaze over it too!
Grim: I mean c'mon, a wish is something you use for yourself right?? Then why would anyone use it for the sake of others when there’s nothing in it for themselves!

How it will Work
