Me and @willowriverspiritwriter listened to Rolling with Difficulty together recently and she commissioned me to make a meme about it lol
ID: The He Protect/He Attack/But most importantly… Meme, which depicts the Rolling with Difficulty Characters, drawn and colored digitally.
Panel 1 (He Protect): Finbar, a bald, dark-skinned firbolg standing in front of Dani, a Fire Genasi. Finbar is wears gold edged armor consisting of pauldrons, a breastplate, and skirt pieces, similar to samurai armor there is a dark piece of cloth around his waist held in place by a green sash. Beneath the skirt are green plates of armor on the outside of his thighs. He has a bracer on his right arm which has its own sleeve attached. He also wears a cape of leaves atop a light colored cape made of fabric.
Dani is pink skinned wearing a pair of purple-grey coveralls with the sleeves tied around her waist, & a black, sleeveless shirt. She has tattoos on both arms & is holding an eldritch canon with chicken feet. The feet are sticking up. Her bangs are held back by a pair of goggles, with the rest in ponytail. A portion of the ponytail is red hot lava
Panel 2 (He Attack): Finbar the Firbolg is attacking an unknown enemy with a wooden club, which he is swinging like a baseball bat
Panel 3 (but most importantly , He Provide the Snack): This panel depicts VR-LA, a warforged, Kyana a Kalashtar, and Finbar.
VR-LA is standing to the left, one hand held to his face as if he’s trying to formulate a thought. VR-LA is tallest of the group, and is made of both metal and quilted blue cloth. He is wearing a blue scarf around his shoulders which hangs behind him like a cape. There is a speech bubble which reads, “ówò”
Kyana is in the middle of the group. She has tanned skin and blonde hair which is tied back in a ponytail and is holding both hands to her face in excitement and has anime shines in her eyes. Her outfit consists of several floaty layers of fabric, (the topmost of which functions as a cape), harem pants, and a crop top
Finbar is on the right of the group, having brought both VR-LA and Kyana something to eat. He holds an eclair in one hand and an oil can in the other, presumably for Kyana and VR-LA respectively. /EndID

This is part art style progression, part self portrait, and part sneak peak of the tarot deck I’m working on (don’t look directly at it, I’m afraid too much attention will forcibly drag my motivation elsewhere)
Anyways, back in 2020 when I was setting up my pieces to show at a local shop, my brother mentioned my death card was basically a self portrait (with only slightly more insults about my not noticing until he pointed it out), and since I’m having to reline all the cards anyways, due to the chicanery that happens when you try to resize a thing digitally, I figured I’d update the card to better reflect what I look like now.
ID: a side by side comparison of two self portraits that depict the same person wearing sugar skull makeup in a wide-brimmed hat and holding a bouquet of marigolds. Both figures are looking to the right and are wearing mariachi/bullfighter inspired bolero jackets and have sacred hearts floating over their heads. The newer version of the self portraits is on the left and has ringlet-curled hair that’s pulled back on the side closest to the viewer, and is lined in navy blue with white and orange spot colouring. On the right is the older portrait, which has hair that’s short on the sides and long on the top, the line work is very fuzzy and has been done in dark red. Of the two, the newer version is more detailed.
Remember when I said the post before last was my last ketch post for a bit? I lied!! I just ordered these stickers because I’m unhinged and there was a sale. They’re gonna be Big Boys.

Did you know there’s a theory that all the myths about Mermaids are actually in reference to Manatee? Anyways, back in college, I did an assignment for an art 225 class where we had to make a postcard and I naturally decided not to take it seriously in any manner, shape or form, and then I remembered it was a thing that happened like three days ago and decided to do a little redraw for unhinged merchandise purposes, which will be elaborated on tomorrow. Her name is Barbara and I’m sorry I can’t be her.

There is a creature walking through the forest, which is large and giraffe-like, but with shelf mushrooms growing along its limbs and neck. It’s head has been replaced with a large cluster of shelf mushrooms, and it seems to be walking from the back cover of the notebook to the front. The outline of this creature is silver foil.
There is a break in the trees on the front cover of the notebook (on the right of the picture), allowing a silver foil moon to break through the trees. There is a path leading from the bottom of the picture, presumably through the trees, disappearing into the background. Standing at the horizon line is a featureless figure wearing a long coat of some sort and glowing slightly in the moonlight.
Second Picture: the front inside cover of the notebook, which depicts the contents of the front cover, minus the figure, and has a box with lines superimposed over the illustration. The first page is white and covered in a dot-grid
Third Picture: a closeup of the paper inside the journal, which is a dot-grid

Theatre kid; Yeah, I’ve been going to ballet and tap classes since I was a fetus and I got the lead in the last three shows I’ve been in and my aunt is Idina Menzel. Anyway, what shows have you been in?
