In the eyes of the drivers an unadorned vehicle is a terrible sight. The most popular designs involve reflector glass panels which make the truck glow when caught in another vehicle’s headlights. “It’s our passion that we have to make the truck very beautiful,” explains one driver. Kimera EVO37, 2022. The first customer example of the Lancia-inspired EVO37 has been delivered by Kimera Automobili. The first of 37 units was purchased by a Dutch collector. Chassis #001 has been named ‘Esmeralda’ and is finished in dark green with yellow-tinted headlights. It is powered by a turbocharged and supercharged 2.1 litre 4 cylinder engine that produced 500hp. Starting price for the EVO37 is €480,000 ($520,000), 26 of the production run have already been sold, the remaining 11 cars will cost €540,000 ($585,000) but will include some previously optional features as standard.
