Gotta catch em all, POKEITH! This is a super fast digi’d-up version of a sketch battle I did with a friend at lunch one day. I prefer the original sketch but it was scrawled on company letterhead in such a way I couldn’t edit it out. Whoops!
Full disclosure I haven’t played Pokemon since Heart Gold so Honedge and Swadloon are newbies to me but I tried to pick a nice mix of Pokes to represent Keith. IIIII didn’t research size relationships so if I messed any up I’m sorry!
my ideas for hisuian voltorb and hisuian electrode! both grass/fire types, these possessed pokeballs are made of wood and full of gunpowder. when provoked they’ll explode into gorgeous but violent fireworks. hisuian electrode enjoy detonating in groups
Drawing Pokemon by memory while tipsy episode 1 part 2/2
Just in case it may be difficult to read, on Zarude, I originally misread Zarude as Zygarde and didn’t notice until I got done drawing those 3 forms(Anyways those were the only forms I remembered).
I went back and drew “Zarude” but accidentally drew Zeraora instead since I’m super unfamiliar with those two and completely forgot that that’s what Zarude looked like.
#100.5 - Voltorb were first sighted at a company that manufactures Poké Balls; however the link between that sighting and the fact that this Pokémon looks very similar to a Poké Ball remains a mystery. Voltorb live off of electrical energy, which they store in their bodies under very high pressure, causing them to explode when jostled or shocked. As Voltorb age, they grow larger in order to contain more electricity; however they are known to explode without provocation if they’ve absorbed too much. Their maturation can be tracked by how far their colors have rotated.
