this breakfast is great any time of summer especially in the month of june, it doesn’t need to be enjoyed specifically on litha; though that’s a great idea ofc! ~

what you’ll need;


[egg whites]

• 3 egg whites

• butter

• salt & pepper


[roasted potatoes]

• tiny red potatoes

• olive oil

• butter

• thyme

• garlic

• salt

• pepper


[oatmeal]

• oats

• plant based milk or water

• cinnamon

• crack of pepper

• almond butter

• honey


[toast]

• wheat bread or seeded bread (or any tbh)

• whipped feta spread

• honey

• thyme


[iced coffee]

• add cinnamon!
