Timber wolves! This is one of the rare minis I bought to use in my campaigns, and they were fun and quick projects. I got to try out some wet blending on the multicolored wolf, going from tan to orange to grey to black. I wish I had gotten a picture, but it looked a MESS before I went over it all with a wash of Nuln oil, which brought it all together a lot more than I expected. Progress pictures at the end, as always. :)

Sadly over here a lot of people think runes / being into norse mythology = (neo)nazis. Just because they appropriated some of the old symbols and like to use the imagery of Thor/ Odin even though they know f*ck all about the old songs or they would know it doesn’t fit their idiot ideology.

Lol, don’t call child services—groomers were all shut down and I didn’t have clippers. She has since been given two at-home haircuts by hand with scissors. It…surprisingly didn’t turn out too badly. I’d say 3.5/5 stars.

McCleery wolves and turkeys
Here is one of the big family groups at Wolf Haven’s McCleery Ranch in Bridger, Montana receiving their 16 pound turkeys (with fixins). Notice how they switch back and forth… sibling rivalry at its finest!
