i was gonna include becky, scoops, and eileen, but then it occurred to me that i have no freaking clue what they would listen to
tobey secretly gets bullied at school, and he has no one to turn to because he doesn’t think his mom would understand, teachers don’t really like him because he’s a villain, he has no friends, and he doesn’t really speak to the other villains that much
usually after a bad day at school, he takes his robots and rampages through the city to let his feelings out and clear his mind. sometimes instead of using his robots, he just cries in his room alone
then one day, during one of his battles with wordgirl, after she demolishes his robots, he just gives up and breaks down. concerned, wordgirl asks if he’s okay and he starts venting to her about school and his bullies, because he’s been bottling it up for so long.
wordgirl, or in this case becky, is surprised because she never would’ve guessed that tobey was being bullied at school.
I know it’s been two months since I made another Wordgirl animatic but I’m just blaming it on my laziness fhsjiei. My next animatic should come out this week. And summer vacation starts next week so I should be making WAYYY more videos I got ideas

genderbend kid villains except 90% of this idea was just wanting to draw genderbend tobey with short hair, 5% was wanting to draw eileen still wearing the necklace, and the other 5% was wanting victoria to have a choker instead of a necklace

Tobey is the mom friend and Becky is the dad friend in friend groups
Mainly because Tobey has a tendency to be overbearing but incredibly doting on people he genuinely cares about. Then Becky is the one that makes awkward jokes and fixes your broken toys with intuition and the good ol’ toolbox
Too tired to elaborate further but Scoops is the fun uncle, Victoria is the wine aunt, Eileen is the annoying cousin and Violet is whatever you imagine her to be… I ran out of ideas lol
I like to think Eileen is the rich friend and not Victoria. Mainly because it would be funny how Victoria would try to pay for the villain kids at a restaurant saying “look at how I’m the best at taking care of everyone’s meal with my GOLD credit card I borrowed from my parents.”
Then Eileen is like “yours looks like a gold star, let’s trade” and she pulls out her premium platinum credit card that was only rumored to exist in Fair City because of how powerful it is
then Victoria just. withers away. knowing she’s the second richest villain kid instead of the first.
Tobey is just glad that he doesnt have to pay for his meal but has two dumbasses that will always cover for him
Another soulmate AU where the initials on your arm is from your soulmate. Becky is totally convinced the “T.M.” on her arm stands for “Todd Ming” with Scoops
She finds out Scoops doesn’t have her initials on his arm. It’s disappointing but she’s not as heartbroken as she thought she would be
But then Becky sees some random Lexiconian scribbles on Tobey’s arm and she just. goes ballistic. And she is in complete denial
“Wow isn’t it crazy how Tobey has a soulmate from Lexicon that could be anybody hahahahahaha anyways I wonder what my soulmate T.M. stands for-”
The way that I don’t wanna be those Tobey fangirls but to my inner 6-year old self, yes I am.
I decided to rank all the Tobey episodes and so far, Department Store Tobey is my favorite. Yall can judge me all you want but that episode is so skrunkly and the humor is top notch. Ugh it’s so… skrunkly

I was noticing my difference between the Wordgirl fandom and Hetalia fandom (just like a personal introspection yall don’t need to care lol) like I understand why I enjoy the Wordgirl fandom more
Like I’ve been in the Hetalia fandom for 7 years but I just felt the Wordgirl fandom showed more appreciation to new artists or creators than Hetalia did? I mean it just happens for whatever reason but Hetalia is kind of hard to make urself well known without constantly posting
Also the fanfiction realm is especially dry in Hetalia in my opinion. One of the most kudos fics in Hetalia doesn’t have as many comments as a new Wordgirl fic??? I was lowkey apalled that such a large fandom doesn’t have a lot of love for their authors
Idk you can’t really change the way a fandom works but yeah it’s what I’ve been feeling for a while
