The name of the man in the photo is Manuel, the grandfather of @nataliaovsanchez
She is extremely grateful to him, she told me:
My grandpa, Manuel, had many stories to tell but one that stayed with was this one. He was in a bus at a young age and it went down a hill. He told me that he was greatly injured and said that he could feel his own skull . No one came to help him. He was left there for dead. He never ever gave up. He said that he put his skin back like a banana peel haha. He taught me a life lesson that you can not always depend on others and you must be willing to fight for your life.
